I had the pleasure of using Reidy's services for the past three years. Cannot say enough about them ,from the service reps who are outstanding to Michelle who makes you feel very good and helps you with your needs Thanks Reidy
I called at 6:00 pm on July 3rd two years ago because my a/c wasn't working and it was 97 degrees out, Reidy HC had someone here by seven, got everything running and were kind and cheerful. Outstanding response every single time!
On November 4, 2022, Reidy Heating and Cooling completed the installation of a new Heat Pump and Air Handler. As a part of that installation an auxiliary electric heating unit was also installed. The technician who programed the units stated the auxiliary unit would only activate on extremely cold conditions. On reviewing our electric bill in January, we found our electric bill had escalated from $131.31 in October (pre installation) to $571.55 in December. When confronted with the information, Mr. Reidy agreed there was an obvious problem. On 19 January a Reidy Company technician arrived to evaluate the problem. The technician stated there must be something wrong with the programing. The technician then spent 3 hours trying to reach Carrier technical support. He stated the auxiliary (electric) heating unit had been programed to turn on whenever the thermostat called for heat! He said he did not know how to program the system and we should call for another appointment. The same technician returned on 23 January and spent another 4 ½ hours trying to program the system. Prior to leaving, he stated he had programed the heat pump to turn off at 20 degrees and the Aux. (electric) heat would provide the necessary heat. I told him that was unacceptable and to turn off the Aux (electric) heat. As the technician departed, he stated he did not know how to turn off the electric heat which was now programed to come on when the outside temp dropped below 5 degrees and when the outside temp climbed above 65 degrees. I told him that made no sense to which he agreed and stated he did not know how to program the system. On 24 January, I spoke to Mr. Reidy and asked him to explain what the technician had done. He stated he did not know but would talk to the technician and get back to me. Despite calling the Reidy Company every day for many weeks, I never again spoke to any one other than the woman answering the phone. Mr. Reidy was always out of the office; too busy; will return my c

I requested info on my rebate 5 weeks ago and I even called and they said they would get back to me and I have yet to hear from them!
Same day service, they got my AC working again only hours after I called. Personable and very knowledgeable, offered advice to get a few more years out of the old system. Highly recommended.
Reidy HC has always given us great service. They installed a new hot water boiler for us 9 years ago and it has been great for our bills. We have them for the annual boiler tuneup, they are always on time and pleasant. They have also helped us keep our old central AC system running without outright replacement. Recommend.

Our technician Stan was fantastic! He was extremely efficient and did a beautiful job installing our 3 new mini splits! He also was very thoughtful in cleaning up inside and out after all the drywall dust and brick pieces.
They would only schedule a site visit 2 months out. When he arrived, he barely even walked into the house. He didn't look at the furnace or the gutted upstairs. He had zero interest in even pretending that he would be interested in doing the job. Just wasted 2 months of our time we could have been hiring other people. Be aware that if you hire these people, you need to have some backup options.

I called in the morning for service on my central AC which wasn't working properly. I was very pleasantly surprised to be given an appointment same day! The technician arrived mid-morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part, and had it up and running in no time. He explained everything clearly, was personable and professional. This is our second experience with Reidy that went exceptionally well. I highly recommend this fine, locally owned business.
I called Reidys because I am interested in replacing my furnace and central air units. I was informed they don’t come to Palmer. Really, they have so much business that they can thumb their nose and lose that much money. Very poor business sense
We woke up with no heat and Reidy's had a repair man out at our house in a couple hours. When he arrived he was professional and polite. He finished the job within an hour and the price was more than fair. I will be using them for all future heating/ac needs. I would recommend them to my family. Thank you Reidy's.
Excellent fast service, done right.
Matt and Stan arrived on time both days of the installation. Both were very professional and responsive to my questions. When they left each day they had cleaned up any messes they made and left my home as found. This is the second installation of heat/AC that the company has done on my home. Would highly recommend them to others.
They alway are professional. They let me know if there is a problem and what to be prepared for.

Maintenance service provided twice a year -- once for heat, once for AC -- very professionally and competent. The system was in place when we bought the house, and it works perfectly.
