We hired Climate Zone to replace our entire HVAC system, including the furnace, central AC, thermostat, etc. It wasn't cheap. We went for one of their top-of-the-line systems. As you can see from the photos, the installation wasn't exactly done in a professional-looking manner. They're supposed to put insulation/wrapping around the ductwork coming out of the furnace, but they did not. Despite the disappointment at how the work turned out, we knew we had to have it regularly serviced in order to keep the warranty valid. So, for the past few years, we've had them do fall and spring maintenance appointments. Well, this most recent appointment resulted in them breaking our smart hub that connects the thermostat to the furnace. Immediately prior to their technician looking at the system, it was working just fine! Rather than own up to it and replace the smart hub, they quoted us $750 to replace it. After shopping around at other Lennox dealers, I found it could be replaced much cheaper (one competing quote came out to $450).
Tenzzing not only fixed my problem quickly he was professional, efficient and thorough. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in his service work.

Has been a year since we got the mini splits installed. And there’s already mold building up behind it because the pipes weren’t placed properly and have caused a leak and damage to my home. This is just one. We have 4 others that had to have all the lines replaced within the first month and now we find this. Completely unsatisfied especially considering the money you pay for them to do the work half way. Would never recommend this company.
I had Climate Zone install A/C splitters. They were here on time. They went over with me the places they would install. The supervisor stayed on the job till after 6 so they would be done. Then the supervisor came in and went over how to use the remotes and asked if I had any questions before leaving. They cleaned up after they finished. I have had numerous contractors work on my house. No one was more professional. It was the best experience I have ever had. They were awesome hard workers. I was so happy with the job. Do not hesitate to call them for a job. They really were the best contractors I have ever hired.
Although I was very unhappy with the expense of replacing faulty hose housing on the outside of the unit, I was VERY IMPRESSED with the care that Tony and Alex used in doing the work. They were efficient and respectful of our home.
I was very satisfied with Erick, Darren, Aiden the installer. He explained the proper steps to use the AC unit.
Tenzing from Climate Zone was great to work with. He was very focused and knowledgeable about his trade. My AC feels great and it’s ready for the hot months!

If you hire this company make sure the company doesnt send technician Ronald Comtois, His work was so unreliable that we wouldn’t hire him or want him to come back to work on any systems in our house.
Brent was very courteous, professional, and prompt. He installed a replacement water tank and left the work area very clean and tidy. Though i hired Climate Zone through Home Depot, i would certainly do business with them directly any time i need plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. Thanks and keep up the good work Climate Zone.
Last year, ClimateZone sale/engineer,Shawm Simpson proposed replacing the property's Lennox HVAC system. Afterward, ClimateZone engineering team installed the system. After one year of system operation, we see that Shawn's proposed system is not over engineering and over costly. Meanwhile, the system is working well under last year summer heat and last year's brutal winter cold. The ClimateZone installation engineering team did a good job. The Lennox HVAC system runs well since the installation. Lowell, the field engineer, visits the property today. He has tested the Lennox HVAC system, checked the system, and collected system operation data. He spent time educating me how to operate and to maintain the system for optimal system performance. I thank ClimateZone engineering members for the system installation project and ongoing support..

About 5 months ago we finally decided to get a mini split system after the hot summers. We no longer wanted to deal with the heat. I received a flyer in the mail from Climate zone and gave them a call. We ended up getting 3 estimates. Climatezone gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. One of the biggest reasons I picked them was the salesman who came out for the estimate. He was very professional and seemed to understand what I wanted. Shane and Shawn were very knowledgeable. The installers were very respectful knowledgeable and professional. James Cam Aiden and Eric did an excellent job. They communicated with us what they were doing at all times. The system works great and we are so glad we got it. I would highly recommend Climatezone. I recently had a problem with my system and Gio came out to take a look at it. Turns out there was no problem with the system more or less something that we had done. But he fixed it and it is running great. Gio was very respectful and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the system.

Tony the service technician was great, cost more than i expected but I am satisfied with his service so it was worth the price.
Had my yearly ac inspection done by Jeovanii Colon yesterday. He was so helpful and showed me exactly how they test input and output on the unit. He was by far the best technician to service my ac from the company.
