The technician arrived on time, actually early. Got right to the job and even replaced the filter for us. He made sure everything was cleaned up and provided verbal summary and a written summary.

On a recent, very muggy night, my A/C condenser stopped working. I called and got the answering service. Shawn was on-call and got right back to me. He got to me sooner than expected the next morning and I was up and running within minutes. Great service!

The cost of the ac installation was much better than the others i looked it. The two employees doing the install were on time, quick, professional and polite. They did their work, cleaned up the work area and explained all I needed to know. I would highly recommend them for hvac service!
I have an incredibly difficult home to heat and cool for a multitude of reasons. After a 15 year search for a contractor who thought they could effectively manage the install, I found McClaren AC through many recommendations in my community. Artie and his team were incredibly respectful, showed up on time and had a crew of 4 or 5 people on the job every single day until the job was completed and never missed a day. This was BY FAR the most positive experience I've had with a contractor. Given how difficult my house is to cool I was a bit skeptical but I'm sitting in a cool 71 degree room while leaving this review. They are the absolute best!
Mike and Jack were very professional and polite. They quickly identified and solved the problem. They called in advance and came three hours earlier than expected. Carol in the office was very helpful.

McClaren installed a new condenser and coil to replace our old R22 system. Every interaction was very professional and the 2 guys who came to do the install did quality work. They even shoveled a bit of stone to cover the new condenser pad. We'll call McClaren next time we need any HVAC work done and recommend them to anyone.
The technician was great and provided maintenance. However, I needed a small repair done and the technician said he didn't know how to fix it. It is a minor repair. The low rating is simply due to the fact that I need a HVAC company that can service AND do repairs. I now need to hire a second company to make the minor repair.

I have used McClaren Heating/ AC several times over the years , at my different houses and every time it is a different issue with my heating or AC . Mike is the technician they always seem to send out and he is excellent at his job. He knows everything about Heating / AC. McClaren should be proud to have him as a employee. Office always calls me back and is very helpful.
LG Electric Heat/AC pump installed and duct work modified May 0f 2022. McClaren crew did a great job, in and out in a day. I'm very pleased with the system. I have already recommended them to a friend who had a system installed. You can't go wrong with this company!
We’ve used McClaren twice now. Once for servicing our heating system and just now to install an A/C unit. The service and people have been awesome each time. AND QUICK TO COME. I will say, they’re currently using an answering service that I don’t love, they’ve been a little surly with us when we’ve called. But that seems to be a separate company altogether, so don’t care for them, but McClaren itself is great and did great work. Highly recommend, even with the slight communication issues.
