Awful company. Charged me for a warranty repair that they already failed to repair once. Then they tell me after the fact that I should have just asked to speak with a tech and fixed it myself. Great. $16,000.00 and I have to fix it myself (even though it's still under warranty). Won't ever use these thieves again and suggest you don't either.
This is one of the worst companies I've had to deal with. If I wasn't renting this property I'd be switching fuel companies immediately. The ladies in the office are rude on the phone. They've just overcharged me by $150 for my last delivery and have no explanation for some of the charges. Beyond frustrated with this company. Every single time I call them there is some new issue or frustration that results from the contact. ** Reply to owner ** You are incorrect. I was overcharged $150 IN ADDITION to the $150 i paid for emergency delivery.
We own a 2 family home and Sandri has been phenomenal with their services. We utilize oil, propane and plumbing services. They go out of their way to accommodate our needs. I know my 82 yo mother wrote a Thank you card to them in the recent months. Just this week we had a plumbing emergency that Sandri thought they couldn't get to until the following day. About 6 hours later a Sandri van pulled up and the plumber fixed our issue within minutes! I wish I had his name because he has helped us before and is always wonderful! We usually deal with Cheryl on the oil end and she is always warm and friendly, helpful. We know others there have been great so a big THANK YOU from us on Harrison Ave. It means a lot when we know others care.
A tech came to install a vent. Work seemed fine until we discovered they had somehow cut out the electricity to the adjoining room. They said they'd send their electrician to come fix it, but the electrician was on vacation. That was two weeks ago. Still no word about when their electrician will come fix it. UPDATE: Electrician came and fixed it the morning after this review was posted. Glad it finally happened, but they should have resolved it MUCH quicker. Adding another star to review.
some of the ladies working there are extremely rude over the phone. the drivers are lazy and will make excuses not to make your delivery if its raining. 0/10 do not recommend. Try one of the other suppliers around town
Excellent service work replacing a fuel line and disconnecting an old tank. The oil delivery was right on time and $135.00 per gallon lower than the price my old supplied quoted.
Do Not Use This Company!! Very Unprofessional!! Called Sandri 2 months ago to fix a mini split unit that was leaking condensate everywhere, tech came out and instead of troubleshooting broke a piece of the mini split. After waiting two weeks, Tech came back with another Sandri employee and replaced the broken piece and the second Tech finally figured out that there was a crack in our pan. While that second Tech did the troubleshooting the original Tech took two hands full of Twizzlers from our breakroom table and starting eating them and when questioned about it said your boss will buy you more. Hearing this I called Sandri and told them I did not want this Tech back ever. So after almost a month Sandri sent a new Tech back to finally repair the original problem and he needed help climbing a ladder to disconnect the unit. Well guess who Sandri sent… the unprofessional Tech to help and I told him to leave. While the new Tech waited for another Tech to come help him,I climbed the ladder and disconnected the unit to help him out. After the unit was repaired, Sandri had the audacity to call me and tell me I was too difficult to work with and wouldn’t come back and that I needed to find someone else to do my repairs. They never addressed the unprofessional original Tech, just said to find someone else!! I believe that is what everyone should do, is find someone besides Sandri, their customer service and professionalism are the worst I’ve encountered in a very long time!!
Rick came to do our annual AC checkup and he discovered a kitchen vent that was not operating correctly. He helped us find the problem and corrected it promptly. Much appreciated!
I had used Sandri’s for many years and had my boiler checked and serviced every year at the cost of $250/year. This March my boiler water tank burst in the evening and my son called Sandri’s to come and check it out. It turned out that the water tank was completely rusted out and had never been checked during the yearly maintenance checks. They charged me $500 for the emergency evening visit. They never accepted any responsibility for not checking the water tank. I’m completely finished with them and had another company replace my boiler. I am extremely disappointed with them.
I switched to Sandri after years with another vendor. I spoke with Grace on the phone who was both lovely to talk to and informative. She helped create a new account with ease. The driver who came to inspect my tanks and deliver was also fantastic (I believe her name was Kathy?). Despite the other company stating they couldn't get up my driveway she assured me that she would likely not have a problem and would call if she did. Very happy thus far.
Our boiler was not working this morning, Sandri came within an hour of our call for service, had us up an running very quickly. Excellent response time and service.
I called to have a gas heater looked at which was making noise. The service department immediately wanted to know if I was a current customer, and after they found out that I wasn't it seemed that they weren't as interested. 3 days later and no return call.
I recently purchased a home in Greenfield. I contracted Sandri to service my oil burner and asked if they would send a technician who would take the time to give me a tutorial on my system. They said any of their technicians could do that. They sent Brian. He was fabulous. He explained everything in a way I could understand, was patient with my questions, and offered suggestions for how I could lower my oil use. He even figured out that my burner had been serviced recently enough that he didn’t need to do any work on it, saving me the cost of servicing. I expect this is the beginning of a great relationship with Sandri.
Sandri installed a wood stove for me two years ago and we’re great and professional, even working through a government program to cover the expense. When recently it was revealed they had made an error they were really good about finding a quick solution to get me back up and running. I mostly dealt with Lauren who is really professional and on top of everything.
Rick Bukowski came to service our generator. We also had an issue with our fireplace insert. Instead of just brushing the issue aside he agreed to take a look at it. Within a short period of time he solved the problem and it was working again. He was professional and easy to work with. Thanks again Rick. Great experience!
Jeremy Cartwright did our annual tune-up; he was on time, went right to work, finished pretty quickly and was very polite and personable. Thanks Jeremy, you’re a great rep for Sandri!
Tony serviced our furnace today and did a very thorough job. He was very pleasant and professional. I appreciated the summary of what was replaced and he let us know how efficiently it is currently performing, which is very helpful. Thank you Tony! Conway MA Sandri customer 😊🌻

Rick Bukowski from Sandri came for the annual tune-up of our natural gas furnace. He was on time, pleasant, and efficient. I have used Sandri (before that Deerfield Valley Heating and Colling) for years to service our HVAC system, and Sandri installed a new hot water heater a few years ago, too.
Jeremy Cortright came to our house today for our annual cleaning. Jeremy showed up on time, was very courteous and respectful. He left everything spotless. I'll be requesting him for next years cleaning. Thank you!
