Paul and his crew have installed 2 systems now for me in my houses. These guys were extremely knowledgeable, professional and a great price. They were hands down the best HVAC company I have worked with. They are very responsive to service requests as well, even for an older system they haven't worked on before. I would highly recommend Prevett Heating & Cooling!
We've been using Previtt for years for our AC system. They respond to your needs quickly, efficiently and effectively. Their customer service is also top notch! I highly recommend!
Just had their tech leave my home in Foxboro. We had our downstairs A/C unit not working. The tech was courteous, professional, and efficient. Found a damaged wire connecting Condenser Unit to the junction box. Had us up and running in no time. Also, had no problem scheduling a visit despite then being very busy. I would recommend to anyone.
Prevett HVAC installed heat and A/C in our remodeled Cape home and did an absolutely wonderful job ! They were professional, efficient and responsive to all our needs. I can’t recommend them more highly ! You will be delighted with the quality of work and there attention to detail.
Paul and his team are professional, and make the installation of a new furnace easy and stress free. Everything was completed as discussed, no surprises, and they make sure any questions you have are answered in a manner a customer can understand. I certainly recommend Prevett Heating & Cooling !

Tracey the office manager is absolutely appalling at her job. Getting a response is impossible and speaking to her directly is worse. Very short/curt, to the point of rudeness. She is single-handedly killing this business. Such a shame because the gentlemen who work there are very competent and knowledge able. One bad apple will spoil the bunch.
Excellent service. Clean and professional collaboration with Walsh Plumbing and they handled it all. Easy transaction. Experienced to handle the obstacles my 121 year old home had. Highly recommend.
We have two a/c units in our home. The one serving downstairs was not working properly. The other unit was working fine. We called Prevett to check on the downstairs unit. Prevett noticed that one of the filters was in bad shape and changed that out. They also used a hose to spray the outside units to get better air flow, They noted the units were older but still functioning ok. Charged $240 and left. We immediately noticed the upstairs unit, which had been fine, was now only blowing hot air. We called Prevett back to request they come back to look into the issue as we were now worse off then before they came. The woman who answered the phone said the notes say your units are old and need to be replaced and they would not come out. So we called another hvac company. They came right out. Noticed that somehow the duct work in the attic had come undone so all our a/c unit was doing was blowing cold air into the attic and the fan was blowing hot attic air into the house. Quick reconnect and a check of the outside units showed a little low on Freon. He added some and left us with a nice cool house only $200 charge. We gave Prevett an opportunity to respond to this situation before I posted online review, they chose not to respond.
Was in need of and had a new high efficiency furnace and new central a/c unit installed by Prevett Heating & Cooling. Prevett's pricing was very reasonable and better than most! The installation team from Prevett were professional, courteous, punctual and clean. They did a great job with the installation, explanation of the new system operationally, and have been super-responsive to any inquiries. Our new systems have worked flawlessly and we could not be more pleased. We highly recommend Prevett Heating & Cooling for all of your heating and cooling system and service needs!

We had 2 seperate urgent issues with our AC unit and from start to finish everyone we had contact with treated us as if we were their only priority! My AC was down, they came the same day. Great service, I would highly recommend them.
Lost heat at night, called Prevett at 7am. They were there by 11 and heat was running by noon. Clean, effective, and prompt. If you have a doubt about calling don't. These guys are great.
Very professional work. They installed a ductless on our first floor and a ducted heat pump to service the second floor of an older house that did not previously have any A/C. They fit the ducted system into the existing paneling and built-ins very, very well and there are no awkward exterior conduits on the outside of the house either. All the work was done quickly but with care. There has not been the slightest reason to complain or call them back for anything. My wife and I are extremely pleased and thankful.
Prevett replaced my heating and cooling system with a new Amana system and we love it!
Prevett Heating & Cooling installed a Mitsubishi ductless system in my home. They did such a great job with the first system that I had them install a second one for my upstairs. The technicians were very professional and explained to me exactly how to use the system before they left. I highly recommend Prevett Heating & Cooling.
