My husband and I just completely renovated our condo. We have had multiple contractors in for various projects and until now, our final project of installing ductless mini splits, I’ve never felt so inclined to leave a review. T & J answered our call and came out to give us a quote on Friday afternoon. They were thorough and went through our options and listened to what we wanted. Within an hour they had secured all of the materials for us. When we mentioned we were expecting a baby in 6 days (and a heat wave was coming) they made themselves available that Sunday (36 hours later!) to come and install the units. They arrived on time, communicated with us throughout the day and when we arrived back at 4pm everything was installed, cleaned up and they worked and looked great. I have never been more impressed with a company. Additionally, I called 29 places for quotes, many did not respond, weren’t available for months and the few quotes we did receive were all several thousand more than T & J’s. We really could not be more impressed!
T&J EXPRESS Home Services has done outstanding work on several projects of mine. We had them put in mini split AC units throughout our condo, as well as do work on our furnace. Their quality of work is top notch, their timeliness is perfect, and they are true professionals. They quoted us less than competitors, showed up on time, got done early, and came back to address any concerns! After working with them I would not ever consider anyone else and will be using them on all work in the future.
