We have been using Quarry Hills since 2018. I can’t count how many times I have called in state of panic over some HVAC issue. The ladies who answer the phones are CALM, PROFESSIONAL AND SMART…and the HVAC technicians are ABSOLUTE GENIUSES! Our HVAC issues are complicated and these guys never give up! This winter our entire furnace and water heater system had to be replaced. Bill, the owner and his team helped us make a plan that was PERFECT for our budget and our home. The installation was done ON TIME and ON BUDGET! We were informed of everything that was happening and they answered all of our questions with PATIENCE and a smile!! I swear they are a bunch of HVAC SUPERHEROES!
My furnace wasn’t firing. I called, within 45 mins someone was here. He was excellent & had it up in running in no time. I couldn’t be happier with his service. Definitely an asset to the company.

Bill the owner responded within a half an hour in a Sunday to help my Mom with her AC. He diagnosed the issue quickly and performed a short term repair to allow us to use the AC until he was able to find a control board because our system is older. Once he found the board he sent out Jon the technician and he was great with my Mother who is older and was very thorough. I was at work and he called me when he was done to tell me everything was working properly. I would recommend Bill and his company to all my friends.
Quarry Hills helped us convert from a dirty expensive oil furnace to a clean efficient gas furnace. They were on schedule, on budget and a good crew to work with. Always able to answer any questions and went above and beyond to provide a good experience. Looking forward to working with them again soon!

Quarry Hills was quick to respond and got us on their schedule for service the next day. We had water leaking from our ceiling due to the AC. They assessed and addressed the issue quickly

Bill came out on a cold Friday night to hook up my daughter's dryer. He didn't even know the horrible week she had from the dryer breaking to the kid flu to the husband surgery. He was the highlight of the terrible week and we thank him! Michelle in the office followed up so quickly! We can't thank them enough and recommend their services to Easton families and nearby!
Did not know how to fix my furnace. Pretended like he did. Blamed the previous owner of my house for telling him how to install a system that does not work. I have spent thousands of dollars paying him to fix a system that never worked properly and am still in the same position I was before he started. I picked up parts he ordered for me they cost just over 14 dollars. shortly after I got a bill for 50. Stay away. In response to your response I believe in the past 3 years I have spent over 2,000 dollars on this issue. When this issue was first brought to your attention it was less than 4 years old. The problem has remained the same. You are the installer of the furnace. You should not install how an owner decides a furnace should go in. You are the contractor. You are licensed. he is not.

Fast service, reasonable price and extremely professional. Super pleased with the service I recieved. The guys were also really nice to my inquisitive son who was interested in watching what they were doing.
Called Bill, owner, who took my call while driving and immediately scheduled his technicians for the afternoon. Tim and Cory called to confirm time and arrived right on time.
