Always above and beyond service. Had Heat/AC pump installation.. Would highly recommend this Company
I use Cavicchi for my burner maintenance. Recently my oil tank was leaking. They came out immediately to check it out. Next day removed old tank and installed a new one. Great job! Guys are great
Cavicchi replaced old hvac system that didn’t work from day 1 of being installed by another company during our house renovation. We had multiple companies out to try and fix our unit (including the original installer) and no one could get it to work properly. They even found a couple things that should have been included with our original unit that was left out so they had to fix that for us! They got the unit up and running within 2 days. We had a slight issue the following day but they came right out to assess and get us back up and working! During the frigid temps last week our circuit breaker tripped and they came out next day from the Cape to install a large breaker and it’s been working perfectly ever since! They have restored our faith in hvac companies!
Great experience from the woman who answered the phone and the tech that serviced my heating system. I called after hours and left a message, the owner called me back as I thought I had a problem with my heating system, the problem was me lol, not the heating system. The office called me back the next day to make sure all was well. I’ll be using them for my heat and a/c from now on.
Cavicchi was very responsive and respectful. Pricing was firm and everything was done on time and they cleaned everything up better than they found it.
Simply put they're the best.
Dishonest about the work they did and got billed for things that they didn't do. BEWARE. Stay away.
The central air unit called it quits on Sunday 8/28/22. We were fortunate enough to have Cory Cavicchi stop on Monday to evaluate the situation and had the time to install a new air handler and compressor Tuesday 8/30/22. Nothing but impressed by workmanship and getting this all completed in one day. Thank you PJ and crew!! Would recommend Cavicchi Heating & Air Conditioning.

We have been so satisfied with the customer service and response from this company. We just had our central AC replaced and they completed the work quickly and efficiently to get us back up and running in the heat.
Cavicchi is positively the best heating and AC company going . Called to get my AC fixed my system 24 yes old needed replacing. And 2 days later they are here replacing the system .Christine in office is great to work with. Very professional crews..Corey himself is as honest as the day is long ..
He fixed my heating to working now blowing cold air anymore when it’s set on heat.! Still waiting for part to complete the job. Thanks Cory
After reading this review you may think I’m a cranky ol’lady, I’m not ! I am a RN with patience and compassion. They have good reviews but I want you to know you could end up like me…displeased. 1st time using them. Was recommended. My furnace was leaking water. They came, cleaned the furnace, said they “blew out” the duct (whatever) and condenser pump was working. Later that day, still leaking. Called, said tech will call me. No call back next day, again called them. Asked to speak to owner Cory. Again no call. You would think owner would want to follow up on complaint from a new customer. Website says Pride in work and integrity……NOT !!!! Side note is that furnace did not even looked cleaned. A neighbor opened up the panel and was dirty with dust. Advice—TAKE YOUR CHANCE WITH THIS COMPANY! Update: Shortly after posting my review owner Cory responded with a phone call and apologized for not getting back to me. That day he stopped by, repaired the leak and all is good now. It’s to bad a communication problem transpired. Appears he’s a good guy and does take pride. GIVE THEM A CHANCE

I never expect immediate service when I have a problem, but I always get it! They came within hours of my phone call, and they repaired it quickly. I can’t say enough good things about them!
Fantastic people with solid work, no beating around the bush, and good prices. They also back up their work. We have used them several times for both boiler and central air issues. We recommend them to everyone in our area for HVAC issues.
On Weds our AC was tripping the breaker so did some searching and came across Cavicchi H&AC. Had a pleasant call with Corey who was able to come by that afternoon. After accessing the situation it ended up being our Unit was at end of life and there were several shorts to ground within the unit {Note that I had worked on electrical systems on F/A-18s so he showed me the diagram and the issues}. He followed up the next day (Thurs) with several options that were available for immediate install. Today (Fri) I am now sitting comfortably in my home office cause his team came by this morning and fully replaced the outdoor unit and relative internal components. Want to note that he juggled his teams schedule with other projects because I explained that my wife has asthma and the pollen/humidity would effect her breathing. 5* on all fronts and would highly recommend.
We noticed our hot water wasn't working correctly and reached out to Cavicchi Hvac. They were very responsive and honest in letting us know it was just a small part of our tankless heater that needed to be fixed. They scheduled an appointment quickly and both Cody and Dylan (who came to do the work) were very nice and informative. They explained everything they were doing and showed us how to change the temperature if we wanted to after they left. They job was done quickly and with great quality. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!
Called them for my neighbor, an older woman with medical problems who lost heat. Quickly diagnosed problem.
