I had a really great experience with C & P HVAC! They were very courteous and not to mention knowledgeable! They took care of the annual maintenance check ups without any problems at all! Replaced a few parts for a very comfortable price! Highly recommended.
I AM MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME AFTER C & P HVAC REPAIRED OUR BROKEN AIR CONDITIONER! THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME TO OUR HOUSE WAS VERY GENTLE AND COURTEOUS! HE WAS TRULY THE BEST.
Good service and friendly staff!!! C & P HVAC came to our rescue when we needed a repair and the guys who came over were totally great! They are the ones we can depend on.. Very professional and skilled with the work.
I contacted this company 1.5 weeks ago and scheduled an appointment for them to service the HVAC systems in my home. We scheduled an appointment for today at 10am. The time came and went. I called at 11am and was told the technician would be contacting me and arrive shortly. 12pm--nothing. I called at 12:30pm and before I could say anything, was disconnected. I called back and told them not to come, if they were planning to come at all. Bad business practice. I scheduled my morning around this appointment and could have gotten another more reliable company to service my HVAC systems. Now I have to start over, but will definitely not be recommending or ever using C & P HVAC. Boo.
I am rating this wonderful company of C & P a perfect one. The staff that answered our call was very accommodating so is the technician who did the repair. He was very nice. He deserves a raise! thank you for your service!
The technician from C & P HVAC Concord described my problem, fixed it and advised me some helpful tips to keep it at its best. Love that they charged me a friendly one and no hidden cost with my deal.
