Please use someone else. My husband and I drove 2.5 hours to make it home for our appointment and Bill the owner never showed. We received a confirmation for the appointment and we were told we should have reconfirmed. Bill went on to say this was our problem. Go somewhere else.He was unreliable and rude
Bill was absolutely amazing. He squeezed me in when the central air stopped working so we didn't have to suffer for an upcoming heat wave! He was on time, great communicator, and professional! When I need any service going forward Bill is the man!
Bill came and made sure my ac unit was cleaned and working properly. He was able to quickly get me a new remote and the unit is working like new. I would highly recommend him.

Bill, owner & operator at AirTemp, was incredible and great to work with. Responsive, Prompt, Fast but without missing detail, and professional. Let me explain Thursday night -- my gas furnace malfunctions Friday -- Because of my schedule, I'm unable to query any service providers, but I get a referral from a friend to several HVAC services, including AirTemp Saturday morning -- The house is cold, I get to work trying to find someone who can come out in an emergency. I try several references but they're either closed or I'm put on standby. I call AirTemp at 7:58AM and leave a voicemail. Bill calls me back at 8:30AM and tells he can be at my house within 30 to 60 mins. He's there before 9:30AM, and I bring him to the furnace and he's able to identify the problem within 10 minutes. (Ten minutes!). I need a new blower fan for the furnace. Because I inherited an unusual furnace from the previous owner, so the blower fan took 5 days to arrive. Wednesday morning -- Bill arrived at 8AM, and within 15 minutes, at most, he had the blower fan installed. However, once it was installed, he saw that I had a malfunctioning controller board. However! He was able to find a replacement locally within 45 minutes from when he left the house and returned, and had it installed in 5 minutes once we got back. Bill was prompt, communicated & coordinated transparently, and did a great service for myself (and my family) in short order. When I have the furnaces replaced and the ductwork fixed, I'm going to have him do it.
Bill was extremely efficient and even took the time to explain the issues and options I had to fix them. 10/10 would recommend!
We are extremely satisfied with our new A/C and Furnace system from Airtemp Solutions. Our 20 year old system was having issues. They were very professional and on time went thru our old system with us, gave us options with no pressure. Bill was amazingly straight forward, honest and completed the whole system as agreed, could not be any happy, highly recommend.

I want to say I am extremely impressed with the service Bill offered me. He was prompt with responding to calls, was easy to speak with and genuinely professional. He assessed the situation of replacement of an HVAC system in a complex installation scenario and was able to stay on quote. His personable demeanor and vast knowledge was helpful and gave me the assurance the correct person was doing this job for me. He’s the last of a dying breed, so don’t hesitate to call him.
