Our AC stopped working in 90 degree weather. Alliance Express sent a technician first thing on a Saturday morning, in contrast to another company that had a week-long wait. He diagnosed two problems that he quickly solved. I couldn’t be more relieved and grateful. Having a real expert available makes all the difference.
Crystal was super helpful, walked me through multiple inquires - annual pre-buy renewal options, current billing, history of annual purchases, scheduling appointments for AC and heat service (suggested and found a single date to do both). It was a real pleasure working with such a pro! Thanks

We’ve been faithful Alliance customers for over a decade and today I called Alliance to go over my mother’s heating contract and their customer service is always on point. I spoke with Darlene, who is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in order to help make decisions that will keep my elderly mother warm during the cold winter months.
I am so happy with Alliance management. The city got power surge again today and I noticed smoke came out of my furnace. After that the furnace and boiler would not come up. I called Alliance The receptionist was kind and send technician Lee to me within couple of hours. And this is all done right after the holiday. Alliance, I am grateful for all you have done for me. Thanks once again Alliance. I am happy to be your customer. Sincerely.
Alliance has taken good care of us for 23 years (and counting). We dutifully got a second quote when our furnace needed to be replaced (original furnace from 1948, so 75 years old), and it was on par or a little more expensive than Alliance. So we went with our "tried and true" and so glad we did, because it was a bonus that they are familiar with the house and the furnace. They guided us through the process and finished on time. When I needed to call, Darlene has always been extra helpful and goes out of her way to make sure my questions are answered.

Quick response. Excellent technician quickly diagnosed and resolved problem. As a bonus: completed annual cleaning. Alliance's service department is top-notch! ***Update: another service call 3 years later --- on a holiday weekend, of course. Got a call back from Rick within minutes of leaving a message with the service. And within an hour, Felipe was at our door. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective part. And also did our overdue annual service. Alliance is the best!
I just spoke with Jessica, based in the Connecticut office, and she was fantastic. She went above and beyond and without me asking, helped me connect my two separate accounts. She also explained the auto-billing procedures, made sure I understood to do it before next delivery or I would have to manually pay, and also went over a few current promotions. She was amazing. She has stellar communication skills, and was friendly, knowledgeable, smart, and efficient. Thank you, Jessica! Alliance Express has the best prices for heating oil delivery and will set up automatic delivery as well so you never run out of oil. I'm so glad I finally set up a contract with a locked in price ceiling. Oil prices have been out of control and this definitely helped put my mind at ease.
Alliance Express is a very reputable company. I have been with them for many many years & cannot complain about a thing! Their service technicians are great, extremely knowledgeable & qualified for any job. I have an old system, which is still great because of their technicians. Top notch company! Best thing I ever did was to purchase the service contract, worth every dollar! No complaints here!!
I've been a customer of Alliance Express/Hop Energy for many years. I have always had a great experience dealing with them, whether it was for oil delivery, service or dealing with customer service. I've had the pleasure many times speaking with Darlene, who is very knowledgeable and very friendly, and helps me anytime I call and have questions. This is the best company to do business with. They are very compassionate understanding and reliable. When they tell you what to expect then you should expect it. They are the best and the prices are competitive but they will work with you to get a solution that you can afford. I love them and as long as I have oil I will have them.
