Alliance has taken good care of us for 23 years (and counting). We dutifully got a second quote when our furnace needed to be replaced (original furnace from 1948, so 75 years old), and it was on par or a little more expensive than Alliance. So we went with our "tried and true" and so glad we did, because it was a bonus that they are familiar with the house and the furnace. They guided us through the process and finished on time. When I needed to call, Darlene has always been extra helpful and goes out of her way to make sure my questions are answered.

Alliance's service department is top-notch! ***Update: another service call 3 years later --- on a holiday weekend, of course. Got a call back from Rick within minutes of leaving a message with the service. And within an hour, Felipe was at our door. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective part. I just spoke with Jessica, based in the Connecticut office, and she was fantastic. She went above and beyond and without me asking, helped me connect my two separate accounts. She also explained the auto-billing procedures, made sure I understood to do it before next delivery or I would have to manually pay, and also went over a few current promotions. She was amazing. She has stellar communication skills, and was friendly, knowledgeable, smart, and efficient. Thank you, Jessica! Alliance Express has the best prices for heating oil delivery and will set up automatic delivery as well so you never run out of oil. I'm so glad I finally set up a contract with a locked in price ceiling. Oil prices have been out of control and this definitely helped put my mind at ease.
