Matt C. conducted a leak search and repair for me on some mini split units that came with the condo I bought last month. He explained his process clearly and thoroughly, and checked in after each major step to let me know how things were going. Matt also took some extra time to add some additional insulation above what was part of the original installation. And he was nice enough to walk me through using the system and provide some literal pro tips on maximizing energy efficiency.
Rayon Grizzle was amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful; came for a tuneup but we did need a diagnostic given the AC having issues this year again. 10/10 service

I had a multi zone mini split HVAC system with 4 heads installed in my third floor apartment. The technician Endrit Ciko and his teammates Luis Palenia and Dondre James from Green Energy Mechanical did an excellent job. Endrit figured out the best way to run the HVAC line sets on the outside of the building and inside my apartment and where to place condensate pumps for each head. They came on time and stayed until the job was completed and the entire mini split system was tested for both cooling and heating. They were courteous and friendly. At the end of each day, they vacuumed the floors and removed all debris and packaging material. The cost of the installation was reasonable and well worth it.
The service technician was prompt, courteous, and very professional. he spent over an hour tuning up my AC system and answered all my questions. I will definitely use Green Energy for all future Ac and heating needs.

We had a heat pump and mini split system installed recently. The sales representative Mike was professional and walked us through the different options. Mike also spent time explaining the MASS save program and how that would impact the cost. The technicians Glen and Misael did a great job over a three day installation. There were a few items that needed to be addressed after the technicians completed their work and Green Energy responded/dealt with them quickly. We are happy with the overall project and glad we selected Green Energy. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are looking to have a heat pump/mini split system installed.

My wife and I were totally satisfied with the replacement of the fan motor on our heat pump. After Quinn completed the repair, he carefully made sure everything was working fine before he left. Throughout the visit, he was friendly and informative. All aspects of our interaction with Green Energy Mechanical from scheduling to billing was handled efficiently and professionally. Misa and Glen did a great job replacing the AC condenser and furnace at our home. They did the job quickly and made sure to clean up after themselves in between the job. They were professional and we would definitely hire them again!
