Excellent HVAC company. I would call them again for any future needs and recommend them to anyone looking for heating and cooling service. My AC went out on a hot day and Kevin was able to get to me the same day. Very knowledgable and communicative and solved my problem in no time.

They did exceptional work, but was extremely rude when there was a miscommunication. After 24 hours after a job, it was paid after a 2nd invoice was sent. They showed up at the door claiming that there was a no response from us, smoking a cigarette in the doorway with confrontation on their mind. Even after being shown the payment they were difficult and refused to leave until they saw that they had gotten a text from their bank. Unprofessional.
I've hired Next Step Removal for a couple of jobs over the years and time after time I am happy with the results. They're professional, knowledgeable and have made themselves readily available. They show up on time, are efficient and clean after themselves before leaving the job site. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
