Our office A/C suddenly stopped working, I called IQ HVAC & was lucky to have techs pay a visit the same day. Ivan & Quinlan were so professional & such a pleasure to work with. They explained the issue and had it resolved quickly. The pricing is very reasonable, I highly recommend this company for any or your HVAC needs. Will be calling again for future needs!

I had no heat so I got these guys to come and diagnose. They quickly found out it was the boiler and repaired it. The prices are very competitive and now I can enjoy the heat for the winter.
I needed to get my furnace checked out, they came out quick and were able to get it up and running before the bitter cold last week! Fantastic service and price!
IQ crew quickly diagnosed problems keeping AC from working, and advised on repair options. They explained what they were testing and doing, something I very much appreciated. Given that our AC system is almost 30 years old, they did a great job extending its service life a bit longer by being able to provide R22 refrigerant. I will definitely keep them in mind when we are ready to replace our home AC system
When my HVAC was not working properly weeks ago, I called company, I was told that they will charge flat rate. $135 for diagnosis, which may take about 10 minutes. Beyond that, if any repair, they will charge $90 for every 30 minutes. Three days later, two technicians came to my place, and took a look at our HVAC system, and told us that the system broken, we need replace the condenser. No any repair at the movement. Then gave us the bill of $ 225 for diagnosis and repair. I called the company back, argued there is no any repair, why do I need pay the repair. They insisted that once they come to your place, it must be charged the repair. So I don't trust them anymore, and found another company to do the job. IQ HVAC is not trusted, not reliable, not recommended.
Mr Toledo, the owner of the company came to my house in May 20 2022 to fix my home Air Conditioning because other company in 2021 installed my AC in the wrong way , he and other technician worked on it and they told me that they installed everything correctly so the system will be working good, I paid for this job $2230. They give me a warranty for a year in all the job they performed (including a test for leaking with nitrogen). Today 3 months later August 17 2022 they came again because my air conditioning is leaking (loosing refrigerant) and I call them for warranty. Mr Toledo did found a leak in my air conditioning because he made another nitrogen test but he didn’t apply the warranty because he said the leak is small and he thing is in another part of the system and is asking me $610 more , but he can not warranty if the system will leak again. He want to throw some kind of “stop leaking” and see if that works and if not I may have to call him again and pay for something else. The fact is that he didn’t perform his job well the first time and he can not give warranty.
Guys came out for a quote. Great guys! Knowledgeable, honest, professional. All you could ask for. Haven't had the work done yet but I would feel totaly comfortable with the guys they sent to do the job right.

Top of the line HVAC service. The previous owners of my place had a mini split unit extremely poorly installed by another company that I had some other HVAC companies come out and refuse to even work on it. I contacted IQ and they came out within 2 days and completely fixed the issue in a few hours for very competitive pricing. The team was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very up front about everything done. These guys are A+ and I highly recommend them for anyone's HVAC needs
Our central AC was 20 years old and not working the way it once did. I called IQ HVAC because they were a local company with excellent reviews. It was the right decision. They came and did an assessment and provided three options at various price levels as solutions, and explained the pros and cons of each option. Ultimately, we chose to replace the old system with a new one and they got it ordered and installed within the week. From first phone call to stopping by to pick up their final payment, Ivan and Quinn were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, fair and skilled at the job they were hired to do. Highly recommend and will be calling on them again when a need arises.
Hands down the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. Never even tried to upsell me. The team at IQ HVAC are super professional and I look forward to continuing doing business with them in the future.
I am very satisfied with this company I've had bad experiences in the past with other companies saying they would be here and no show but they told me that they would be here at 9:30 so of course I took the day off but to my surprise they were early and I was able to enjoy the rest of mine. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
My house was freezing when I woke up in the morning. Called around and couldn't get anyone to come out, until I came across IQ hvac services. They came out within a couple hours and fixed my system in an even faster time! High quality and personable technicians. Going to use them from now on.
