They came on time, were professional, friendly and respectful and did an amazing job removing my (gross) disposal and putting in a really nice new one. It is working great. I work with Caleb and his crew constantly. Caleb is extremely knowledgeable about everything and his guys do amazing work. The office manager Becky is always responsive and helpful as well. If you need a plumber I absolutely recommend CTW Plumbing & Heating.

I've used CTW Plumbing and Heating for the last several years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Their estimates are competitively priced, their workmanship is top-notch, they're responsive, and I can always count on them in a pinch. I've had them out to replace faucets, a water heater, and heating blower motor, and each time they arrived when they said they would and performed quality work. I'm grateful to have plumbers I can trust!
I hired CTW Plumbing and Heating to figure out why my basement was getting warm in the middle of the night. After determining that the basement heat was being controlled by the thermostat on another floor, they separated the basement heat into a new zone with separate thermostat and serviced our boiler. They communicated well, worked efficiently, and their work beautifully fit in with my existing systems. I will be sure to call them for any future plumbing work and recommend that you do too!
I manage hundreds of properties across Greater Boston. CTW by far is the best vendor that I use, the owner is extremely knowledeable and most importantly trust worthy. Becky who runs the day to day is super pleasant and great to work with. We use them for hundreds of repairs calls a year, in addition as a general contractor they do plumbing for all our construction jobs. I had CTW Plumbing and Heating for several plumbing jobs. He did not supervise his plumbers, delayed fixing unfinishied job and sent some bills almost 9 months later for a return visit and other paid job. CTW owner Caleb did not supervised one major job that cost close to $3,000 of repairing heat pipe. His plumber left metal end caps bend and stuck out in several places. Only after I asked him repeatedlyl to send plumber to come back to fix the end caps, he sent one but still many places have loose end caps that stuck out its sharp metal edges for my rental apartment. Caleb 8 or 9 months later charged for the visit. He also sent me overdue notice for the work that was paid on the day of job again 9 month later. I provided paid receipt from 9 month ago. He did not listen but stubborn, argumentative, and arrogant instead of straightening things out and He could not provide free services. When did he provided free service? I still have end caps that are loose and open.
Caleb Whelden and company from CTW plumbing were employed to service and maintain the heating and air conditioning units at a residence of mine for over a years' time. They consistently had difficulty arranging to complete jobs in a reasonable time frame, and often made mistakes, some relatively minor and merely forgetful (such as forgetting to replace caps on refrigerant lines), other mistakes much for irresponsible and dangerous. Caleb Whelden easily became defensive. He was not conscientious about taking responsibility for the problems and inconveniences caused by his actions. An incredible amount of time and money could have been saved if another maintenance team was hired earlier on.
As a real estate agent it is important to be able to recommend vendors of all types that I can count on to do the job for my client. This company has not only exceeded all my expectations for my clients, but done so in a timely and professional way. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
