Been using Back Bay Mechanical for about 10 years to service my aging HVAC unit and they have kept it running like new. Their technicians are knowledgeable and very good at explaining the work they do, as they are performing it. Reasonable prices as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Excellent HVAC service! The Tech was courteous and informative. He was very nice and focused on his work. I hope he comes back in October for the Fall preventive maintenance work.
It’s a great knowledgeable team. They are super friendly, on time, clean, quick and reasonable. I don’t usually gush about service people. These guys are the exception. I’ve used them for two jobs and I will use them again.

Back Bay installed our system a while ago and completed a spring maintenance this week. Easy to schedule call- tech was right on time. The work was completed quickly and cleanly with a full update from the tech once he was done. Will definitely continue to use Back Bay!!
