I had two great experiences with P.H.D Plumbing and Heating. Both experiences were emergency situations and PHD Plumbing and Heating responded immediately, assessed the situations and fixed both problems plumbing emergencies in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend PHD Plumbing and Heating for anyone in need of an excellent plumbing service.
I've been a loyal customer since 2016 for all our plumbing and HVAC needs. PHD lives up to its name in being smart and wise in the prompt, excellent service they provide, the advice they give, and their consideration of their customers!
Great company to work with. Used them last year when my water softener went bad, so called this time when my water heater went out. Very professional, knowledgeable and just overall terrific service. Strongly recommend these folks for all your plumbing needs!
I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have done plumbing work in our bathroom, kitchen, serviced the hot water heater, and maintained our sump pumps. Tina is so friendly and accomodating, and will pull miracles off in emergencies to make sure she can get one of their extremely talented service techs out to you. Their work is first class, their prices very fair, and their reliability is beyond belief. I won't do business with anyone but PHD!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND PHD PLUMBING AND HVAC!!! While away on vacation this week we saw a member of this group post there was a power outage in Plaistow on Wednesday morning. When we got home from vacation our Rinnai combi boiler wasn't working properly and I feared a power surge damaged it. After trying a basic reset a few times it still wouldn't work. I called PHD plumbing and heating out of Bradford, MA and they sent out a technician. The technician evaluated the unit and then did a master reset until it fired up. The older Rinnais are finicky and it takes 17 minutes per reset to fire up which held him up. When it was working properly he went to his van to write up the slip. He came back in to tell me he wasn't going to charge me for the service call. I offered him cash or to buy him and his trainee lunch and he just wanted a handshake. We are very grateful! Very nice guy! He has serviced our Rinnai in the past and very knowledgeable about on demand hot water heaters and boilers. Very, very grateful!
Very customer oriented. When I explained our problem, they sent someone over quickly. Fast, professional, and locally owned!
PHD Plumbing replaced practically the entire plumbing in my house and did fantastic job. On time always and very communicative, and Tina always answers the phone and promptly gets back to you.
PHD is an amazing company that is always reliable and has done many different jobs at my apartment building. They communicate well, show up on time and have great up-front pricing so there are no surprises. They are at the top of my list and I would highly recommend them to others!
PHD Plumbing is the best! We are so happy with the jobs they have done at our home and we recommend them to our friends and neighbors. They are very responsive and courteous at all levels of the business. We have had them fix an old boiler, replace and install and new boiler and fix other plumbing needs in our home. Kudos to a job well done!
