I had a broken sump pump. They came out same day to fix the problem. Plumber was curtesy and on time, and had replacement on the truck. I am very thankful for Papalia home services, and will use them again.

We recently had two occasions to call upon Papalia Home Services for some help with our plumbing. The first time was just to remedy a wasteful leaking shower situation, which they fixed completely and it wasn’t an easy fix because the fixture was about 30 years old. I had been a little concerned that they might have to go through the tiled wall around the 35-year old Symmons shower valve, but DJ and his assistant were able to fix the problem without getting into disturbing the wall at all. Our 2nd issue was more concerning because our 100-year old main major pipe taking water from our 2nd floor out to the sewer line had developed cracks that were not repairable but DJ and his assistant that day worked for hours to completely remedy the problem with minimal disruption. I will always be calling on Papalia for any future plumbing issues we have.
These folks have always given us great service. They've always been friendly, and professional. They can be trusted and they know what they are doing. Don't hesitate.
In addition to replacing an outdoor spigot and fixing the toilet leak, Marc and Abelino kindly tested our sump pump to ensure it's working. They explained everything along the way and completed the work efficiently. And, luckily, they noticed mold on the wall (our next project, apparently).
Lily came on time and gave a detailed presentation for an annual maintenance agreement. While here, she patiently addressed my concerns and made me feel comfortable. Papalia Home Services and their team of technicians are excellent professionals. They know their trade. She conducted a full and thorough maintenance and explained and answered all of our questions. We had a maintainance service done on our AC system. The technician was professional and courteous. We also had our disposal replaced. We called the day it broke and the next day they were here. The price was as quoted. The install and equipment was better than the original.
Clara and Liz replaced some faucets and shower heads at my parents' home and we had a great experience with them. They were very professional and explained how all of the new equipment works and how to maintain everything. I will definitely call them again!
Nick was very professional and clearly explained the 3 possible problems that could be going on with our leaking club house toilet. He began with the least costly and methodically worked forward by trial and error. I appreciated his friendly and polite manner. Thanks for great service.

The service technicians are highly professional which I like. Dispatch is always responsive and timely which is another plus. Very reliable.
Dan H. is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. He came in after hours and was able to install a smart thermostat, which provided a temporary fix for my heating problems. He took the time to explain why the system was not working and acknowledged that mistakes were made and noted that his company would ensure that a permanent solution will be provided. He also explained in detail how the smart thermostat works and helped set up the App on my phone. I highly recommend Dan and I believe he represents his company well.
Had Nick from Papalia in to fix a clogged drain. Very thorough and helpful and explained everything well. Answered all of my questions. Nick was great, would recommend highly for anyone that wants good, reliable service.
Bryan is a rockstar. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. This is the second time he's been to my home and both times I had the same experience. We need more people of his caliber on the job. I hope to see him again in the future.

Tim and crew replaced our ductless line sets, which were the white preinsulated sets that are well known to fail due to acid corrosion. The guys were friendly and very knowledgeable. We've used them before and we'll use them again. Glad to have our AC back up and running as summer begins.
Clara and Liz showed up to replace a kitchen faucet which I failed to get out. They dispatched the old stinker with speed, efficiency, proficiency and humor. They accomplished a messy job and left the site clean and beautiful. Lithe Liz spent the most time under the sink and emerged triumphant leaving me with a brand new functioning faucet. Great team.
