This young man is a life saver. Quick response time and incredibly professional and knowledgeable installation including caulking and other improvised fixes like bracing the window. Very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions about what model we needed etc. So grateful we found him!!

Everything went very well from the sales consultation through the installation. Everyone was straight forward, honest and professional. They went above and beyond by fixing or replacing small things that were needed but not specifically listed in the contract. I have already referred them to a friend who needed some repair work.
the company repaired my AC system with honesty and integrity. Technician fixed what needed attention, informed me of repairs or replacements I need to make in the future. He was more interested in getting me going again at reasonable cost than just making a buck like other AC repair companies.

We had our air conditioner repaired by T & G HVAC South Boston yesterday Our AC is up and running again and I’m confident it will be in good condition for a long period of time.
After 10 minutes talk to the person on the phone, finally she said that someone will return my call, I'm waiting,
I made an appointment of an arrival between 2&4pm. I never heard from anyone so at 3:55pm called the office to check in. They said the tech would be in touch immediately with an arrival time. Nothing still. At 4:15pm I called the office again, still nothing. At 4:30 the tech called and told me the office should have never Booked my appointment as he was too busy. He said he’d call the office and find out when he could be to me. He then followed up with a text to me stating his boss told him to cancel on me. It was now 4:35pm. I proceeded to call the office who then said they weren’t sure why the tech said that. That story turned into the tech had an emergency, which I knew wasn’t true as I talked to the tech who told me he was overbooked. Then it was told that they’d try to reschedule me for Friday morning as I explained I had gotten child care for this appt and Friday was when I could do so again. Radio silence. Never got another call. To say this company is not worth your time is an understatement, very unprofessional.
it was a pleasure working with this crew. They got such an amazing talent. They were so informative and so great. I admire they're work. They were all amazing thanks a lot.
