I manage several high end rentals in Boston. Emmet and Presidential Services has been very responsive and reliable. I have had many repairs done by his company as well as whole system replacements. Every job is completed in a timely and professional manner. I know that when I call Emmet He will respond.
Presidential Electrical & HVAC is fantastic! We have an old air conditioning unit that stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. (Of course.) We had had a different company look at it and thought we would have to buy a new one. But Maalik came by and was able to fix it! And the price was spectacular! Thank you so, so much Presidential Electrical & HVAC! We are all now so much more comfortable!

We had a great experience with Presidential Electric and HVAC - Adi was very responsive to our urgent request, while many other service providers failed to get back to us in timely manner, professional in his work, and did an excellent job identifying and solving our issues in an efficient manner. I would highly recommend him for folks with HVAC issues, especially if time sensitive.

Great attention to detail and super responsive! Technician did an amazing job diagnosing the issues and fixing them immediately. Even after the work was completed the technician followed up several times to confirm everything was functioning properly and that we were happy with the service. This is the exact customer service you want out of a contractor!

All I can say is PHENOMENAL!!!!!!! Hands down great customer service…… I called during a emergency and they came out the same day!!!!!!!!! Fixed my old 20 something plus AC unit and they came over with a Brand new one the following morning and installed it with total professionalism!!!!!!!! I recommend them 1000% If you want the job done professionally and correctly this is the best of the best!!!!!!!!!! And they stand behind their work 100% You can’t go wrong with this company

Adi was great. Our central air conditioning had gone on the fritz in this horribly hot weather and this was urgent. (Other HVAC companies said the earliest the could come was mid next week, even when they advertised emergency same day service.) Adi expeditiously found the problem, had the needed part in his truck, replaced the system motherboard, and tested it. It took less than an hour and he was very pleasant as well. I am extremely pleased. I will now use Presidential Services for the HVAC maintenance, and it’s also good to know they do electrical work as well. Thank you!
I was desperate on a Sunday because I needed to replace a capacitor for my AC unit. I have an 89-year-old mother and it was 95 out. I called many places and they were all closed on Sunday. I got two people one said he wanted 400 Dollars to show up because you needed a license to get the part. Out of the blue I called Addi. He heard my story I drove to him and he gave me the part I needed for free. 40 minutes later my mother’s resting comfortably cool thanks to Addi. I will Always call Addi and presidential Again. I contacted multiple AC service specialists to replace a dysfunctional pump connecting to a HVAC unit. Unlike other AC service companies, I was directly communicating (phone and text) with Adi, the service specialist, who is both knowledgeable and skillful. Adi provided expert suggestions and did excellent work. He is easy to work with and offers very competitive pricing. Presidential HVAC is the only one that (1) I spoke with a technician directly during the first call; and (2) I was able to receive an initial visit within a week from the first call. Their quick response, excellent work, competitive pricing, and flexibility earn my highest recommendation for AC service, especially for urgent service request. Quick note: As they do not have a dedicated customer service representative, your call may not be returned right away when they are servicing other homes. The best way to reach to them is to text them with a brief description of your issues and your address. They usually get back within the same day.

Wish I had found this company in the first place! Contacted Presidential emergently after previous company's service failed to provide an invoice thus delaying closing of condo sale. Presidential went to my condo within one hour to service the unit and provide critical invoice. Presidential went above and beyond, they are wonderful!

Thanks for a great service and quick turnaround! I have called and the next day a new furnace has arrived at my place. It took 2 business days to complete a job. Everything looks good, and my house is warm and cozy again. I’m glad I have used their services.
