EHC was recommended to me by a neighbor, and now I get why! Molly and Thomas were extremely helpful and friendly - they found the issue with my HVAC system quickly, helped me understand all my options, and provided the most cost effective solution. They were extremely thorough and professional, and fixed the issue literally that day. This has been a very positive experience, and I'd recommend them to anyone who's looking!

EHC is excellent -- I recommend them 100% I previously had them out a few times to evaluate our HVAC system and provide a second opinion on several issues. Then, when I found myself without heat last week (in the middle of February!), they were the first people I turned to. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and worked fast to help me get back up and running. What I love about them: They are always on time. They know their stuff and are incredibly patient about explaining the work and answering all my questions. They are incredibly thoughtful about minimizing debris and cleaning up afterwards. And they do not overcharge (on more than one occasion, they've recommended against expensive work that another company probably would have tried to talk me into). Thank you to James, Molly, Scott, Tom, and Colton for being true pros and for helping us get heat back when we needed it!

We had an entire Mitsubishi 5 head HVAC system we needed replaced after an electrical surge in November wiped out all our heating during thanksgiving. James came to check it out within two days and was super informative, professional and direct. After struggling with insurance (pro tip, always report to insurance - usually surges are covered) we were able to pull the trigger and book to start the work within a week. Molly and Thomas were our main HVAC and electrician techs and were very communicative and helpful in explaining the process and “gotchas”. I feel 100% more knowledgeable about my HVAC and how to run it efficiently. In addition, I was working from home the entire time and they were very gracious - hardly noticed them as they performed the work over 4.5 days. After the work was completed, I noticed a noise and they came back to check it out and fix the settings so it was no longer a problem. Can’t speak highly enough of the team. #nomorespaceheaters

I used this company for a consultation. Their electrician, Colton, was professional and gave me an estimate for installing light fixtures and a smart hub to control the lights. I decided to go ahead and hire him for the job. However, the process of booking their services is unnecessarily difficult. The following happened more than 3 times: I called their number and a representative answered. I told them I want to book their services. They said that they needed to connect me with their coordinator. Their coordinators were busy and they said they would call me back. When they finally called back, they gave me dates that wouldn't work for me. I told them I would call them back with a range of dates. I called again and again and radio silence from their coordinators. I guess they are not interested in small jobs (it would cost a little less than $8,000). Their behavior is insulting. Unfortunately, they wasted my time.

As Trustees of a small building in Chelsea, MA we invited this electrical service company to provide solution with fixing of an intercom system we have had in our building many years ago. We met the technician, Taylor, early in the morning 8.10.21, and he got access to one of our apartments, disassembled the intercom unit, and left dark stains on the wall. Then, continued to our basement and gain access to the electrical panels. He then came out with two class 2 transformers - each worth maximum $20 - he was able to burn both of them one after the other. He finally told us that the intercom unit cannot be repaired unless we invested over $1000, and he charged us $220 for the visit, in which he essentially manifested his lack of expertise. This electrician has zero decency and very low professional demeanor! I recommend to steer away from this company’s services. A disgrace.

They were so great! I called in the afternoon and they happen to have an opening the next morning. They explained the process and gave me a base estimate over the phone (clear that there could be more added on, depending what is done). I received a text in the morning, about 35-40 minutes before the electrician arrived (with a photo for safety, and background of experience), to let me know they were on their way. Colton was the electrician and so helpful. He knew exactly what he was doing and was so pleasant to work with. I can't recommend him enough! I will definitely use them again, if I ever need anything.

Top-Notch workmanship and excellent customer support. The power lines were pulled off of our house by a tree that fell during a storm. We needed to have new wiring and the electrical meter reattached so that electricity could be restored ASAP. Honestly as a women who is needing something repaired within my home it can feel kind of intimidating to allow a stranger in at any point. So it was very comforting to get a text of the technician (with a photo) who was coming to my house with their full name so I didn’t just let anyone in. John was super professional and efficient and didn’t mind that I had two very friendly cats who needed to know who he was haha I will most certainly only be using this company for any future repairs and HVAC services.
