Chaisson was amazing. Always kept me informed and up to date. Was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Very resourceful in finding parts, cranes etc. I highly recommend!
I manage over 30 properties in Boston and I've been using Rob for a while now. I can not tell you the amount of times he's helped me out while in a jam, from late night no heat calls, to no a/c, to leaking pipes. Be good to him and you'll have someone who shows up anytime and will do anything possible to solve your problem. I've referred many people to him!

Robert Chaisson incorrectly installed a heating/ac unit in my 85 year old parents condo.he left stating he needed help installing the electrical boards. He returned alone and finished the install, and was paid in full. My father started calling Robert almost immediately to tell him that the unit wasn't working properly, Robert never returned his calls. After a few months (and still no word from Robert) my father had another more reputable a/c company in to diagnose and fix the problem. " The electrical boards were fried due to faulty installation ." I finally got ahold of Robert myself, where he agreed to repay my father for his new out of pocket expenses (Approx. $2500.). He started to pay my dad in very slow installments, some of the checks bouncing back from the bank. Then after many months of back and forth he sent a check with a note that said "I've paid you enough" and my dad has never heard from him again. He still owes my father several hundred dollars, but does not appear to have the integrity to follow through on his promise. I would recommend using a different contractor for your heating and air conditioning needs.
I have a condo in Boston that is rented out..The tenant was without heat for 3 days and I called over 15 people including major companies to get out there. After most - no answered phone calls, and non-english speaking workers unable to arrange a time I contacted Chaisson. Chaisson was able to get to the condo within 20 minutes and have the heat fixed ASAP. The difference between this company and others is Night and Day! I will be saving this number and wont be contacting anyone else from now on. Thank you again.
