Pump stopped drawing oil. Rich was out in a half hour, fixed it so we had heat this weekend. I'd never use anyone else.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this family owned and run company! Above and beyond what was expected! When they heard my daughter was going away and I couldn't find any sanitizer for the road he went to his gas station and filled up her travel container! Absolute pleasure to have them!

You won't find better people. They are in business to make money but they leave your house with a sense of family. The most kind and decent people in town.

Calling for 3 days. Never answers, returns phone calls, and forwards to voicemail. Horrible customer service.
Great family, and even greater service
Very friendly and prompt service. Just started as a new customer and they really went above and beyond to work around my schedule to inspect the tank and fill me up. Hope to keep them for years to come.

Very nice and fast services
I had called to have oils delivered to my new house to have it for when the plumbing fixed and the lady that answered was WICKED friendly and sent Roland martinelli out who was wicked nice and helpful with what's going on there. All day everyday may favorite people.
I love these guys. I have been using them for years and years and they have never failed me. They are honest and believe in old fashioned customer service. They love their community and are truly outstanding and have a great reputation. They've been in town for as long as I can remember. I recommend them to anyone who asks.
Martinelli's have been my oil / service company for a while . They do an outstanding job and are quick to respond . Very professional and respectful from on the phone to in person . Even when we moved it was a very easy no hassle transition and they delivered oil and serviced right away . Great company great people I do and would recommend them to anybody .
I just want to share w the public Martinelli's came out to deliver oil to me for the 1st time today and I can't say what a clas act they are. From the phone call to open an account to the delivery of the oil was so pleasant. You may say it's only an oil delivery, but that's the problem with the world we live in.
