One of the best service companies I've ever dealt with 10/10 will use them again
Recently, my grandma hired semper's service. At first, we were skeptical because it was something new, however semper far exceeded our expectations. Their staff is very kind, informed, and competent, and the prices are really fair. As simple as 1-3. Would suggest

Starting from the initial contact with the company all the way through to the completion of the installation process, I was met with nothing but professionalism. The sales representative, Matt, was incredibly informative and prompt in addressing my questions and emails. Additionally, the installers, Brian and Jon, were both outstanding, and their work in installing my furnace was impeccable. They maintained a positive and professional demeanor throughout the process. My experience with the administrative assistant, Princess, was also excellent. The team was always ready and available to address any questions or concerns, and their communication was exceptional. The work was completed quickly and proficiently. I have only positive things to say about this company, and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Prompt and professional swap-out of existing gas fired furnace. No problems or issues, would recommend.
We have used Semper Mechanical twice in the last 6 months. The first time to find and repair a refrigerant leak in one unit and the second time to unclog the tubing in another unit. Karl was our technician, and he was knowledgeable and professional in his work. Semper Fidelis!
Semper Mechanical was excellent to work with!! They were very helpful in all areas of our purchase. Their installation crew were friendly, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our new system is extremely efficient, incredibly quiet and we are more than grateful to have had it installed this summer just before the heat wave arrived in New England.

I just had Semper install a new replacement heating/AC system. This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had with a service provider. They initially called back quickly, showed up on time for the initial estimate and provided a thorough, detailed, and competitive estimate quickly. Matt, who came out to do the estimate and oversee the project, was highly knowledgeable, professional and best of all…communicative! He kept me in the loop throughout the process with emails, texts and phone calls. The install took less than two days and was completely organized and efficient between the HVAC team and electrician. I barely even knew they were here because they were so quiet and clean. The install went perfectly, and the quality of their work is superior. I am absolutely thrilled with the workmanship and professionalism of this team and highly recommend Semper Mechanical. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would.
Billy and his team are top notch! They did major work in both my house and my business. They were fairly priced, extremely knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. I would recommend them for any HVAC job, and I plan to use them again for ongoing maintenance.
