Absolutely Horrible
3rd time using Barnett and have not been disappointed once. Alex is very knowledgeable and reasonable with pricing. Very busy time if the year for HVAC companies and on the date of my appointment, he was stuck on another job yet still showed up to get our boiler up and running at a time most people would have called it a day and rescheduled. Highly recommend Alex.

Horrible customer service. Called and scheduled a service of my heating system and they said the soonest was 2 weeks out. On the day of service my wife waited all day for a no call no show. I waited a few days before calling and after leaving a message no one called back. Got in contact with the main guy 2 days ago who said he would call yesterday and still no response. If they don't want the money, the service contract or the job, just say that.

Our Central Air Conditioning unit was literally falling to pieces, and simply not working anymore as it was intended. Of course the failure occurred just before a heat wave in June...I called maybe 10 companies, all of which (including Alex) were booked out approximately a week and a half to a month. Despite this, Alex made us a priority and came out the same day of our phone call to assess our system and provide his professional assessment. Long story short, our unit needed to be replaced due to its age and the fact that it was rotting from the inside out. Barnett Heating and Cooling get five stars from us, they are professional, responsive, pleasant to speak with, came in below the original quote, and completed the work in the time frame promised. We hope to have secured a plumber for the long term! I would recommend Barnett H&C to anyone.
When I called on july 28th they came the same day which was great. The guy that came said that he needed to weigh the unit to see how much coolant it would need but that it was expensive. When he came back to me he told me that it was $660 and that I might have a leak in the system. It is now August and the a/c is out of coolant. It was brought to my attention that he should have pulled a vacuum test to check for a leak before filling it. The coolent that my a/c unit take is r-22 which is harmful to the environment. Now I'm replacing the unit after less than a month. I could have put those $660 towards a new unit if he told me from the being that there was a leak. He also said he would email me a receipt which I never received.
We needed the pitch on our water heater fixed in order to get our home serviced by RISE. Alex was able to fit us into his schedule and did an amazing job to get our tank to pass. Would definitely recommend giving him a call for any issues you may have.
Mr. Barnett rescued me from a plumber who had me spend thousands and left the job unfinished. Mr. Barnett was very responsive, knowledgeable and displayed enormous compassion to my monstrosity of a problem. He was very polite and professional. Took care of the problem immediately as promised. It's a rare commodity to find an honest contractor who will do the job, clean up the mess they make and not overcharge you. I am very happy and satisfied with the service I got. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his service.
I first went through Barnett Heating & Cooling through my warranty provider for a re-occurring issue with my heating system that 3 different people/companies already looked at and supposedly fixed it. The first time Barnett Heating & Cooling came out he knew exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it. Barnett Heating and Cooling is very knowledgeable and he keeps it strictly professional. I am now looking into his Service Agreement on top of my home warranty through Choice Warranty due to the fact his responses are speedy and he will not leave you with out. He works with you to get it fixed. I recommend him to all home owners and landlords.

As a professional he gives you options on how to handle the situation with all pro and cons so that you as a customer feel comfortable with making any decision that you may need to Make.
