Just finished meeting Josh and Anthony and the way they went about their business was very professional. They went out of their way to help me get a new air conditioner but unfortunately, I couldn't afford it given my financial situation. Either way, if the company were half as professional as Josh and Anthony, I would recommend them for all your air conditioning needs. Reliable and easy to get along with. Thank you for your time!
Ken and his crew were amazing from start to finish. The installation exactly meets my expressed needs. Once installed, the team checked each conditioning unit and set up my preferred direction of airflow for each room. I highly recommend using Y&G Heating & Cooling Co., 5 stars all the way.
Remy answered a few general questions for me, verified where the leak was, explained what he was going to do and gave me the estimate for the job. Once he got started it wasn’t very long till he was finished. He got the water back on and checked for leaks. After writing up the bill he explained all the other services they offer and was in his way.
I received service within 2 HOURS of my initial call and their tech fixed the problem and I had cool air that same night. Still a 5 star rating for this company! Will never look for another HVAC company ever. Keep the good work up!
I will not use any other company for all my HVAC needs but Y&G Heating & Cooling Co. This is the second time I have had to use them and each time they solved my issue promptly and efficiently. They even went out of their way to get here earlier and were willing to wait for me since I had to pick up my daughter from school. The technician was awesome. He made sure both systems were running even better than new. Would recommend them without reservation!!
