Your technician was prompt, on time, and completed all work in a very professional manner. He also took the time to describe the job he did. We always have great experiences working with the business Heating & A/C and will keep doing so in the future. I'm grateful.
It was a joy to work with the leader and his team because they were efficient, polite, and helpful. The work was completed for a reasonable cost, and best of all, when electrical issues led to some issues with our AC units, they were there right away to repair them—all under warranty. I heartily endorse them!
Staff members are polite and knowledgeable. When you schedule an appointment, they arrive on time as stated, and the prices are very reasonable. With the business, you cannot go wrong. They are a very honest company, so I would strongly advise using them.
The repairman helped install a window air conditioner that was a little too large for the room with a lot of patience and knowledge. I value him taking the time to respond to my inquiries and make sure everything is in working order.

The previous time we needed an AC unit repaired, HVAC U. M. did a fantastic job, so when the time arrived for a replacement, I called the business right away. Excellent and extremely well-organized work was completed. They were a breeze to schedule with and deal with in every way.
The customer support offered by HVAC U. M. is exceptional. On the warmest day of the summer, my HVAC system failed. Within 4 hours, they arrived at my house and quickly rectified the issue. Highly recommended.
We've worked with your staff for several years now to install our window a/c units - when we first purchased he helped advise us as to the best unit to get and when it comes to installation he's always on time, neat and quick, and answers all of our questions!! The last few times that service was done didn't resolve the issue.. A friend recommended the company.. They came and the serviceman knew what he was doing and knew what to look for to solve the underlying problem.. An excellent job!! !! !!
After going over all the estimates with my wife we finally decided to go with the right choice. They came out and were very professional and knowledgeable about there company's products and services. Very polite and got the job done in a speedy manor. Ended up getting new windows and a new A/C! Overall very happy with the right choice!
I am greatly amazed at how HVAC U. M. works in repairing air conditioners. Yesterday they repaired ours and they were accommodating. They taught us the process and answered our queries properly!! Thumbs up!!

The technician came on time and fixed my water heater! HE was just good! ! ! ! !
The tech doubled & triple checked to make sure that there was no leak in the pipes, which was appreciated. He also cleaned up after himself, answered all my questions & charged a fair price.
