My air conditioner went out on the hottest day in years and within hours it was fixed. The two men that did the installation were very nice, worked fast, and really knew what they were doing.
We were quite happy working with everyone at Cool Air Solutions. They were outstandingly professional, and their job was superb. We will utilise Cool Air the next time we need work done on our heating and air conditioning systems!
Millennium Heating and Cooling did a great job replacing our failed HVAC system. Carl quoted several options at different price points for us, and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. All the representatives and installers were professional, efficient, and friendly. The installation happened exactly as promised, they were in and out in one day, and they left everything cleaner than they found it.
On Sunday, July 31st, I contact Millennium HVAC services to diagnosis aCentral AC system at a rental property that I own. My tenant complained that cool air was not coming from the vents. Upon calling on Sunday, Millennium scheduled a technician to come out on Monday, 8/1. The technician arrived and after investigating the system, he called me to inform me the system was in good shape, but it was low on refrigerant. At this time I said please proceed with adding refrigerant to the system. The technician stated he didn't have the type of refrigerant on hand and he would need to order it and it should take a few days. This was agreed on and I pre-paid$344.50(refrigerant) + 250.00(diagnostic fee) for the service. Five days past with no contact from the tech or company. I called on Friday, 8/5 to get a status and they said they would call me back(I never received a call). With a heat wave in MD, I had to contact another company to investigate the system since my tenant was without proper AC for 5 days. The 2nd company(Horizon HVAC Services), came out investigated the system, found the refrigerant levels were fine, but it was an electrical issue feeding the outside condenser. They fixed the issue and the system began working. On Monday, August 8th I called Millennium, explaining the mis-diagnosis by their tech, the lack of return calls, and I asked for the $344.50 back. They said someone would call me back after opening a billing department service ticket. I didn't receive a call back the entire day. I called back onAugust 9th, again no resolution, and no call back after asking to speak to someone directly in billing. I have used several HVAC companies over the years for my rental properties and this the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to submit a complain to the BBB of Maryland, because of lack of response from this company.
For more than 12 years, we have utilized Millennium Heating and Cooling company. Excellent craftsmanship, and every technician we dealt with was really professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
Once again, they have exceeded expectations. Owner, you run a great business and your employees represent you well. Technician, was quick, knowledgeable, polite, wore booties in my home, and cleaned insulation from the floor once he was done. I feel confident he knew what my issue was. I love this company! Thank you again.
Dennis was AMAZING. From the moment he walked in, he was personable, informative, and respectful. He also came highly recommended (we can see why). He broke everything down for my husband and I and gave us every option and made us feel like he wanted the best for us and our home (& we are not just a number or a name on a screen). Used them in the past. Prices are just not affordable for me, and even worse, the repair I had was misdiagnosed. Used another company who I have been very happy with.
Our A/C unit has been acting up the last month and John and Isaiah came analyzed the problems, and fixed them. Professional, friendly and took time to walk me through repairs made in detail. What more could I ask for?
Dennis came to my house at about 7 am and explained to me my options for replacing my almost 60 year old furnace. He answered all my questions and was very helpful and pleasant. So instead of waiting until Tuesday for that first visit and a check up by SDG&E, work will begin Monday and i will have my new furnace by Tuesday afternoon. I am very pleased and excited to be getting something new.
