The office was very fast in response to my request. (Sherri I think). Rob was very prompt, diagnosed the issue and recommended repair. All went very well and I will use Will Air again.
I can't say enough about Will Air and will recommend them to everyone I know in the area. I called on recommendation for a dryer duct extension to allow my new Washer/Dryer combo to be installed. Sherry was great and in the end had an appointment set up for me for the same day, and after work! Rob Will, the founder of Will-Air was there at 5:30, as agreed. I found him to be professional, very experienced, knowledgeable and best of all honest and moral, which is hard to find these days. In the end, he wasn't able to do the duct extension and spent a considerable amount of time explaining why it won't work and trying to find work-arounds. Then he spent even more time helping us to find storage possibilities, as this washer/dryer combo installation was going to give us a considerable amount of much needed space for storage. I highly encourage everyone to try their services.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. From my first interaction to completion of the project, owner Rob Will and all of his support staff were fantastic to work with. They were professional, available, extremely thorough, and very fair in their pricing. Mr. Rob and team expediently addressed the serious and significant problems with my entire HVAC system with a primary focus on safety, efficiency and fairness. They stayed within the quoted estimate even as the scope of work changed to include unforeseen difficulties. I cannot recommend them highly enough and feel very secure knowing they will be maintaining my systems. Thank you Mr. Rob!

Great Service from maintaining our current HVAC system to installing Ductless in our garage they went above and beyond. Everything went smooth from the phone call to completion. Have recommended them to family and friends and everyone has been Happy.
Overpriced and poor service. Specifically, Mr. Will came to diagnose my furnace which had gone out, in the process of which he replaced a capacitor to "get me through the night" (which it did not, the cap blew within a few hours), and charged over $200 for this "fix" (in addition to the $160 diagnostic charge) without having first confirmed whether I wanted said servicing. He then offered to deduct part of the cap charge if I replaced the furnace, which admittedly was needed. However, the upfront nickel and diming came off as dishonest, and on this account I opted for another HVAC specialist (who was excellent) to replace the furnace. People need to make a living, I get that, but a more forthcoming approach on servicing would have merited Mr. Will a higher ticket job in the end. As it stands, this experience left me with the bad taste of unethical opportunism.
Great service! Showed up on time, were polite, knowledgeable, friendly , not too noisy and very clean. Then they stayed late to make sure everything worked and we knew how to use the system. When they left, it was so neat it hardly looked like they'd been there. I highly recommend them, very professional
There is no better HVAC company out there! The team at Will Air bent over backwards for us to get us portable air conditioners (on a Sunday!) when our unit went up on the hottest weekend of the year. They just finished the install of our new unit as well, and we could not be happier!! 5 ⭐ all the way around! Thank you Rob & Team!

Highly recommended! When I first moved into my house they cleaned the ducts and did an outstanding job. I have used them for routine maintenance and for some issues that have come up with my system. They are always fair, professional and do a great job.

Their company and values are extremely well run, and they were able to help me with a very time sensitive situation. They went above and beyond any expectations I ever could have imagined to help me with my HVAC needs. We have been using Will Air with their maintenance plan since we moved in 3.5 years ago and have found them to be an exceptional value. Also every tie we have every had a problem they are quick to come to our aid and take care of the problem, whether big or small. Recently the heating portion of our HVAC was having big problems. They responded fast and diagnosed the problem. A significan part of our 2013 unit was no longer operable. To replace the part would have been a significant cost, so they could have talked us into a new unit. While we did not have any paperwork for it they said that they would call the manufacturer and check on the warranty. In doing so it was covered and they installed it in a quicker than expected time frame. And because we had their service plan it was done at a discount. Need HVAC work? We had Rob fix our boiler and hot water heating system. He initially quoted 1.5 days work but the job got far more in depth. Instead of leaving us with no heat, he worked through the weekend to get our heat back up and running. He was very responsive any time we had questions and the work was excellent.
Will Air was exactly what we needed! Several years ago we rehabbed an older home. This place had no central heat or air, and no room for ductwork. We got many estimates to handle this tricky situation, and Will Air's was both the least expensive and the most thoughtful/creative. Will Air installed an extensive ductless multisplit system for us, and it's saved us $$$ and created an extremely comfortable, efficient environment. Best decision we made in 2019. We're working on a sunroom addition, and we're contacting Rob Will ASAP! 100% recommend!
Have entrusted my homes to Rob and the Will Air team since 2012! They're honest, knowledgeable and will never leave you hanging. Can't recommend them enough -- you'll never need a second opinion ;)
