My experience with rockyhvac was awesome. The technician was on time, delivered the proper service to use within the same day.

I had a Capacitor Replaced by a tech who came out. They were prompt in coming out and quick to identify the issue, but they were not clear about what the issue was and they charged a premium for for the service provided. They did not provide an itemized receipt or explain what I was paying for ahead of time. The Repair came out to 350 dollars for fixing the issue and cleaning it. I wasn't told where the costs were coming from, or given the option to skip the cleaning. I was just told it was 350 for the work. When replacing the capacitor, they didn't have one that was the same size, so they had to Jerry-rig the thing that was holding it to make it fit, rather than be secured by two screws in the unit, it is only secured by one. It's not the type of work I would expect out of a job that charged much higher than average for the work being done. The job, including the cleaning, came out to 30 minutes of work. When paying I asked for an itemized receipt for what I paid for, and They were not able to provide it. After they left I took the time to look up the costs for a capacitor replacement, and the average cost is 175. So I was charged double the average cost of the job. I chose to go with them in the first place because they seemed like a smaller run business, so be aware that they are charging top dollar for their work. TLDR - Be careful when using them, they were quick and got the job done fast, but in the cleanest way. You may need to haggle (since you aren't getting itemized costs before agreeing to pay), so be sure to take 5 minutes to look up what costs are for a job before agreeing to pay.

I called Rocky HVAC at 7:20pm and they had their technician to my house by 7:50. They diagnosed my problem quickly (bad capacitor causing the compressor to not run), had the part on hand to fix it, and our ac unit was back up and running by 8. They made sure everything was functioning and that the levels of coolant were sufficient. Very nice and pleasant guys. 30 day warranty on the fix. Price was reasonable for how fast they came to my house and were able to fix my issues. Definitely would do business again.

I have a small restraunt carryout with the walk in cooler n freezer running at high temperature. Tech named Rajan came out promptly and diagnosed what the problem was repaired right away. Highly recommend to any business owner who has unit to be work on

Very nice. On time. Found the problem within minutes and was able to fix it and he even washed the unit down with the hose and taught me something new. Would definitely recommend this service!

First of all, we moved into a house that was already nine years old and had some issues with the attic heat pump unit, as it had a leaking evaporator unit over the years. And finally gave out, and broke down in January 2022, our coldest winter yet. Our heating bill rose to $785 for gas and electric for nearly 2 months in a row and we reached out to a wide variety of companies including this one, and there was no other place to go then with Rocky and his staff! Not only did he allow us to buy The unit of our own choice, he gave us full recommendations on which one was best, and we settled on a very solid unit that has been quite impressive over the last year so far. The most impressive element of his service is that his crew is responsive, coming back within an hour of one call we had we’re all we needed was a slight adjustment to the footings outside. We would recommend them to anyone, and it also is icing on the cake that his residence is only 2 miles away from us.

Rocky preform services on my whole families properties. Rocky gives the best services. We didn't have any a/c today and the tech came out twice and I was charged the best rate. I was scared that I would get over charged but he was honest and told me everything during the process.

We use Rocky for all of the properties I manage. I never have to look around for additional quotes since they always a very reasonable. The wokmanship does not lack and they always arrive on time which is hard to find noawdays. I highly recommend using ROCKY for all HVAC repairs.

You might have great service but your drivers are reckless and dangerous stop signs and stoplights are not a suggestion
