My HVAC unit was not working and contacted East Coast to get it back up and running. I had a service tech at my house next business day and repaired quickly. Very professional and prompt service. Highly reccomended! Thank you!

Friendly, reliable service
Our heat pump died but we only needed one estimate~~Cameron impressed us right away with his knowledge-base and attention to detail! So, given what we paid 20yrs ago for just the outside unit, we felt very comfortable with him & his estimate. Despite waiting about a month to proceed, Cameron recalled everything about my husband& I which meant a lot, impressing us further! Sure, he wanted our business but it showed a level of respect that seems to be getting more&more rare! He was able to get us scheduled within days and completed the installation in 6 hours with the utmost professionalism from his employees and superior workmanship while ensuring our satisfaction! We were very pleased that he used an American-brand and they're close-by should we ever need parts. We had an unfortunate situation occur Re: our down-payment, something that wasn't our fault but still very frustrating! Cameron handled it with such patience & understanding~he kept in touch as it all transpired to ensure that I was doing ok because he knew how upset I was regardless of 'fault'! Cameron is an all-around good guy that we had the pleasure of doing business and would absolutely recommend East Coast Heating & Cooling:)
They did a great job of installing ductwork for my new air conditioning. Very professional. The ductwork was hidden away nicely in my 1928 home.
Very pleased with East Coast’s heating and cooking’s service, as well as professionalism and friendliness of the staff! They easily could have over charged me, but I was happily surprised to find out the total was much less than I anticipated. They worked diligently, and were able to get the part I needed the same day. Excellent service, would highly recommend!
Cam answered my call immediately when I lost power to my A/C after hitting a low voltage line with my string trimmer. A technician was onsite within two hours. Dave had my A/C running again in minutes. These are your guys for all your HVAC needs!
These guys stayed as late as the needed, to complete a big job. Ran all new lines and electric to a different area than the old system. Great job and great looking work! On one of the hottest days of this summer these guys got the job done. Cameron stayed in contact to make sure me and my family were comfortable and the job was going well. Highly recommend this company for any and all HVAC needs.
First off just want to say how quickly they showed up at our house to repair the A/C unit, we called and within an hr they were there to get us up and running before the mid day heat arrived. Great customer service and very down to earth. Explained what was causing the issues and they have great pricing. Definitely look out for the little people. Can’t recommend them enough. A+++

I've called Cam and East Coast Heating and Cooling twice now when my HVAC system had failed, and both times he was able to send his guys out SAME DAY and fix the problem for a reasonable price. This last time it was in the 90's outside, and another large, reputable, company said I'd have to wait a week. I also like his technicians - quality work and they didn't pressure me to buy a new system.
Called them in a pinch and they delivered !!! Helped and were super efficient. Would totally recommend them. 💋
This company is very professional. High quality work with great pricing. Very fast and clean work. They took less than a few hours to uninstall my furnace and AC unit and then reinstall a new system, test and clean up after. I highly recommend their services!

Cameron and his team are top notch! I’m a new customer, and my AC stopped working overnight. I called ECHC at 10:00 a.m., hoping to have someone out to look at it soon. Cameron sent Dave and Aaron out just a few hours after I called, and those two professionals had me up and running by early afternoon. That is service above and beyond. My husband and I are starting a huge project on renovating our attic and we have been quite overwhelmed on the entire process. One of our best choices was reaching out to East Coast Cooling and Heating and getting our new ac and furnace for a great price. The owner came out and spoke with my husband about all of our needs and gave us great options. I would definitely recommend this company and services. Very easy to communicate in all steps of the process. The day of service was quick and efficient. Bonus: being nice to our one year old that loves saying "hi" 500 times in an hour.
