Tyler showed up for his appointment early and was cheerful. He was very respectful of my property and had a professional tone and attitude. He even wore boots inside to protect the floors. He expertly handled the necessary AC maintenance while pleasantly and fully responding to all of my inquiries. He didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary things, in contrast to other service providers I've used. Ray’s Heating And Cooling Company was suggested to me by a friend, and after today's experience, I want to keep doing business with them.
We just had tech from Ray’s Heating And Cooling Company come to our home and fix our AC unit. HE WAS GREAT! He found the problem right away, was upfront with the pricing, fixed the issue and walked me through exactly what he did to fix our AC unit. Very courteous, fast service, most of all I was impressed with his expertise and knowledge. Next time we have an issue with our unit, we are calling him!
I called with an issue regarding our AC. I had a technician coming in two hours after the call. He had the issue fixed in a timely manner. He was even able to answer my questions and give good advise on how to help maintain our AC unit. Thank you for being so helpful and efficient. I will most definitely use Ray’s Heating And Cooling Company again.
The sales guy was knowledgeable and gave me a fair deal in my opinion. Our service techs did a great job installing my heat pump and air handler. They worked quick and efficiently. Very happy with Ray’s Heating And Cooling Company. It's only been a week but everything seems to be working great.

Ray’s Heating And Cooling Company worked with my schedule. They were extremely professional, from the lady in the office to Bob, the technician. Bob had a great sense of humor, was very friendly and worked quickly to get our AC broken taken care of. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC work.
