The technician was prompt, very professional and took time checking both heat pump units. He also took the time to answer any questions and provide insight to simple things we could do to reduce home allergens, as well as simple preventative maintenance. Outstanding experience.
Amazing! Neil was able to come out on the same day I called and fixed and serviced my heat pump.
Had an AC emergency and they went above and beyond to get it up and running again before the heat of the day was in full swing. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, professional, and a delight to work with. 10 stars if I could!
William was courteous, on-time, and explained the issue i was having. He also checked to make sure nothing else was wrong and informed me of any potential issues that may arise.

Neil was very professional and went about his job to repair AC unit. He repaired the problem and got AC fixed so an older person would have AC. Also the receptionist was very helpful and ensured me that the technician would be there in a very short time. I was very pleased with the experience
I had a temperature issue, they came right out. Told me exactly what was wrong, told me exactly what the costs were and where I could save money. They came out again to do a complete install for a dead outside unit. Very professional, respectful and did a quality job.
Adam and Roy were on time and made diagnosis to help my unit continue to run for a long time. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend fixed right to all.

Called for an AC problem and they came out next day. Resolved problem within an hour and thoroughly explained what was wrong and how it was fixed. Professional and courteous employees. Would recommend!
On time. Maintenance Clean-up was quick (outside unit) and my favorite part was the air sampling, rate of air flow…and of course the power diagnostics. Overall Awesomeness!
As always when it goes wrong it's on a Sunday! Called my regular team with the expectation that they'd return a call on Monday. BUT... a person answered and said they'd refer my issues to the duty tech. I had a return call within 5 minutes and William and Roy were at my house within the hour. Replaced a faulty pump (saving me basement swamp damage) and topped off my gasses. Hopefully I don't have to call again, but I would. Thanks fellas, OS.
I really can’t say enough good things about this Company and everyone I’ve interacted with while replacing my HVAC. Every single person, from the owner of the Company calling me to set up my install appointment and thanking me personally for my business, to the ladies I constantly called in the office with my many questions, to the 3 techs that came out to do the install - William, D’Warren and William, who arrived on time, ready to work and were extremely respectful and professional. Things couldn’t have gone any easier and I appreciate everyone at Fixed Right & Guaranteed making me feel like a person instead of just a number. This is a good, honest and local business we have in Calvert County.
I am completely happy with my service from Fixed Right and Guaranteed!! They are always professional, trustworthy, efficient and have great prices. I never feel uncomfortable when the technicians are in my home. D’Warren did a great job today! I was even late getting back home for the appointment and D’Warren was there before me, but he was pleasant about the whole thing. A second tech came out also and he was great too. I don’t know his name. I always recommend Fixed Right and Guaranteed to anyone looking for HVAC work in their home.
