Very pleased. My a/c stopped working the night before July 4. I called in the morning, showed up within 3 hours, replaced the capacitor on the compressor and got us cool air on a very hot day. I was afraid they would try to sell us a new compressor. Instead they did the repair (I watched) and got is running. The tech was courteous, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell us. I could not be more pleased.
Fast service, great techs, reasonable price. I will definitely call B&B next time I need service on my AC.
We have been with B&B for decades. We moved into a condo in 2015 and they have been great help. Recently they replaced a complex airconditioning and heating system for us in the condo. Josh & Byron lead the effort and did a great job. So did other guys who dropped by to help. Also, Jack was verify helpful getting the right solution be fore we started. I have been with B&B for over 14yrs when it was time to get my 3 AC units replaced, I bid the work out and they came back with the best value quote. The team you sent, Paul the Technician and his helper Michael did a very professional job, they were courteous and knowable. The job site was cleaned, and all the old units and trash were removed. All 3 AC units have been replaced and quality control inspector was sent to inspect the completed work. The couple of minor items he found will punched out this Friday. finished. Reay for the summer. Paul was back on Friday to finish the punchlist and everything is working fine. just in time for the summer.
I had my A/C unit, gas furnace and thermostat completely replaced. This was a major job, scheduled to take two days. Paul and Byron arrived first thing in the morning on both days. They were both extremely professional and polite. Paul explained the entire process to me and kept me updated on their progress along the way. Byron answered all of my questions and walked me through using the new thermostat. Once the installation was complete, Paul showed me everything that had been done and pointed out the differences between my old and new units. They both did a phenomenal job. I've been a B and B customer for many years and will continue to be for years to come because of high quality service provided by technicians like Paul and Byron!...

Josh and Tony performed a semi-annual inspection and maintenance under an annual contract on the heat pump and furnace fan. They were prompt and very professional, performed a thorough service, and did not try to sell unnecessary additional work. We have had this annual contract for more than a decade, and if there is an issue they respond quickly 24/7. We highly recommend B&B.
Today, Josh came to the house to do an annual AC tune-up and drain flush. He, like every other B&B representative that has come to our house, was completely professional and took care of business! I am so glad we went with B&B in 2018 when we replaced our AC system. Keep up the good work!
Contacted B&B and had them out to check my system after high electric usage. Josh arrived he was friendly and knowledgeable he got to work checking over my system and found that there was an issue With my thermostat. Thankfully he had a thermostat and was able to replace it that day. Very friendly and professional will definitely be using again.
Mike and Paul were very professional. I am very please with the spring HVAC maintenance. The AC unit was very dirty and they did a great job cleaning it.
Nick and Mike were very professional and completed the system check in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.
How refreshing to have a service organization give you just what you need: on time, professional and courteous, finishing the job in exactly as promised, with minimal disruption and fair value. The two techs who spent two days at our house in downtown Annapolis installing a new heat pump were meticulous in explaining their work and very pleasant to have around our home. Thankfully there are still service organizations like B&B. We are very grateful.
B&B was able to come out quickly when our heating stopped working. Dan and Byron did a great job installing our furnace and heat pump. We are very satisfied with our service from B&B!

I am beyond pleased with the professional services that was provided by Brad from B&B, not only was he very professional he also was very knowledgeable and informative on my HVAC issues. He was friendly and was able to get the job done in a very reasonable time. He went over the cost and options that was available to me and I couldn’t have dreamed of a better customer experience. On Saturday, January 28th, I woke up to a thermostat that read 64 degrees….brrrrrr! I called B&B, the on-call technician was dispatched and was at my house within a couple of hours (he was already on a call when I called). The on-call technician was so nice. He did everything he could to get my unit working again. For reference my unit was 16 years old. He told me that a service manager would call me on Monday to discuss repair options or write up a quote for a new system. Long story short I decided to purchase a new system. Everything, from pricing out a new system with Jeff, to getting financing squared away with Melissa, to the Technicians Brad, Michael and Paul, who installed my new system, was a breeze and a pleasure to work with! Everyone at B&B are so nice, professional and really care about their customers. Jeff priced a new system for me on Monday, January 30th, and by Wednesday, February 1st the new unit was installed and my house was warm, all before these colder temps hit my area. B&B was there for me when I needed them to be. Also, the lead technician, Brad, found and fixed some wiring issues with the previous outside unit, and patched up a hole in my ductwork. Brad, Michael and Paul really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my new system. I will always hold a service contract with B&B for as long as I reside in their service area. Thank you B&B!
Could not have been any more satisfying with Brad and John. Brad was so detailed with his work...very impessed and would remmend them to anyone.
