I have been utilizing Air Serv's services for my business for at least 4 years. They are very responsive, professional, and do an excellent job of servicing my ac/heating units. Greg is an outstanding technician and I recommend his services to any business in my area.
TLDR: Call them ,they are fast, skilled, affordable. Incredible!!! My AC went out at the worst time, days before a move and with the weather hovering near 90 and to add to it all, the horrible air quality from the wildfires. I called so many people, the initial installers and home warranty contractors. No one, and I mean no one I called could come within 5 days. I called this company bc their address was based near me. They picked up, politely, and told me they will be at my house with an hour or two. And to my delight they were on time. They diagnosed the issue (blown fuses from water leak), fixed it, and fixed (welded) the water leak from a pipe all within an hour. From the time I called to project completion was less than three hours. Plus a military discount. The technicians were so calm and confident they immediately put me at ease because I was worried I fried my circuit board. I wished I remember their names.
Greg! Simply amazing. He was timely, engaging, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He diagnosed the issue with our AC unit, fixed it, and then gave us some helpful tips as new homeowners. Oh, and he came out during the weekend, even thought they are closed. The entire process of requesting a tech to the work getting completed was smooth and user friendly.

Outstanding appointment with Greg and Alex. The team arrived early for the appointment. Bonus, they were dog friendly, so after a quick sniff of the "strangers," the pups were settled and out of the way. The problem was diagnosed and fixed promptly. Additionally, Greg discussed with me the details of my older system and managed my expectations in purchasing a new system soon. Very good information to know now! There was no pressure to replace the system before it has expired like a different company last year. Just a very honest appointment. I highly recommend.

Greg is awesome. He was very thorough and was very explanatory to what was going on.
So, I was just searching for someone to fix my furnace being out. House was cold, we were getting 20+ degree weather, and American Homeshield was bs-ing on getting someone out asap. 4 yo house and equipment. We should not be cold. Unfortunately, we were. Called around and found Air Serve and got an appointment immediately. Got Greg and Alex as my techs and they figured it out and knocked it out. Air Serve just got business from me. As long as I get Alex and Greg again. Lol.
I’m beyond impressed, with the expeditious response and the fact that their diagnoses ended with cost of Time and a clean replacement filter (which I happen to have on hand) They most definitely have our Business in the near future @HVAC yearly contract 👍🏽
Air Serv was very helpful in servicing my A/C in the summer and wiring my HVAC for the winter months.
This was a great team they came in and did their work at the time that I was very busy they were able to complete the maintenance on my system and quickly departed
We had an excellent experience with Aire Serv! We woke up to a very cold house on Saturday morning and couldn't get the heat on. I have a Home Care Agreement with another company but when I called them for help, they said the earliest they could come out would be the following Wednesday. I found Aire Serv on the internet and called. The representative said she could get someone out the same day between 2 and 4. She gave me the technian's name and said I'd get an email notice when they were on the way. It happened exactly as described. The technicians arrived at 2. They listened and were very professional in their diagnosis. They rapidly identified the problem; ordered and picked up the part needed; and made the repair within an hour. They explained the problem and gave me an exact price and asked for agreement, before the part was ordered. We are grateful to Aire Serv for excellent, timely, and professional service! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service for a moment!
I would recommend this company for HVAC and any other services they perform They were very knowledgeable and professional I needed my system fixed quickly because of medical supplies I had in my house I called that morning and they were here by noon They walked me through everything they we’re doing and insured me of the problem I am so grateful The person who took my call also insured me they will be on time and they were she was very professional on the phone based on customer services she is Excellent Thank you all for your service 🥰🥰🥳
Aire Serv came to our rescue when other big name companies were failing us repeatedly. We have converted to Aire Serv customers!! Their technicians are professional, value their work, and are very ethical.
The technician were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were personable and down to earth. The team went beyond the call of duty for me being 83 years of age to have my system up and running in this extreme heat. The team worked diligently as if they owned the company. In my opinion, if believe they deserve special recognition or a raise in salary.
This company is shameful. They caused major water damage in my basement and refused to rectify the problem. Don't believe the recording. They don't put booties on their shoes and do not notify of any repairs that have been done until they have don't it already. hoping to get you. Very unprofessional. Will not use and or recommend using this shameful Co. I will be reaching out to my community as well as surrounding areas to get the word out. Worst of Worst. Black on Black crime committed. That's why it is hard to commission black owned companies to do work. PERIOD
