I was serviced today, June 30, 2023, by Alfredo J. Even though I was an add-on Alfred arrived early and found out what the problem was and fixed it. He became my teacher and I, his student. He responded to all questions and was able to provide answers to help me understand the function of equipment.
Technician Tyrone Nolan is the real deal!! Prompt, professional, courteous, friendly, and most importantly, he knows his stuff! I will request Tyrone by name the n!!!!ext time I need servicing by SMO.

technician was on time and very knowledgeable about what he was doing, after I explained to him what was going on with my A/C unit he explained what steps he would taking to test things and what the results meant to do the repairs, He took time make sure all was working well before he left, I forgot to add that my technician was Keith Ketterman,
Needed new filters for my air cleaner. Tyrone Nolan came that same day we called. He did a service on our furnace, ordered the new filters. He has been here before. As always he was efficient, and professional. Thanks SMO for taking care of us.

I have to say this would be 5 stars if I were rating the techs who came to my house or the ladies who answer the phone. It would be 1 star if I were rating Dee, who ghosted me for a week trying to schedule a re-hook up of my gas line. Evidently in this whole company, only 1 person can assign the propane tech to come out. Doesn't do any good to keep calling when the only person you are harassing are the extremely helpful receptionists who are trying their best to connect you. After a week, when she finally calls me, she tries to tell me she gave me her direct number (NO!) and the receptionist have been told to give it out to customers (hope they start doing so!). Even though I've been with this company for decades, I started looking up other propane providers! I understand she might be busy. So call me and tell me so. I'll understand that. I just don't understand ghosting! Now to the good news and why I am staying with SMO. Chamar, James Hall and James Mason as well as Rhonda and Yna in the office were all above and beyond amazing. Sorry if I have mis-spelled some names! I really hope Dee takes some constructive criticism and opens up communication with clients in a timely manner. You don't have to have all the answers. You just have to be present. Return phone calls. Be honest. You are representing your company. And I am recommending this company because they do good work and have good people.
Having problems with my A/C. Tyrone from SMO responded this morning, and immediately identified the issue and got the unit up and running.he was extremely professional and courteous.
We had our annual service for A/C and boiler at end of May. We were very pleased with our technician, Chamar N. who provided professional and friendly service. We’d like to see Chamar again for next year’s service. Thank you.

Keith Ketterman came out for a tune up and was a real pleasure. Personable and professional. He tuned up my AC and made sure everything was running well for the season!
Sure glad Juwan Tillman was working on Sunday when AC stopped working and temps were in high 80’s. Fast, efficient, friendly service, and AC was back up and running!

My service specialist was Chamar N. for my annual service/maintenance on my A/C. He was absolutely amazing from his technical expertise to his personable and friendly demeanor! I enjoyed the visit! He sets the customer service bar pretty high!
My technician was James Willett. He was very professional and did a great job. A great employee for SMO. I have been a customer of SMO for almost 50 years.
The Tech Nathan G. performed AC and Water Heater maintenance service. Did an excellent job. Pleasant and courteous, went about the tasks very efficiently. An asset to SMO.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN ALFREDO WAS EXCELLENT ! HE DID A THOROUGH MAINTENANCE of THE A/C & SPRAYED THE COILS TO PREVENT EROSION, MOLD & RUST, CLEANED THE CONDENSATION PUMP & CHECKED THE SYSTEM FOR LEAKS. HE QUICKLY FIXED THE LEAK THAT WAS DRIPPING FROM SOMEWHERE. FOR 3 YEARS HE’s MAINTAINED OUR HVAC SYSTEM & HAS ALWAYS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB!
