We had an emergency AC problem that was causing a lot of problems in our house. The staff were friendly and told us what was wrong, what needed to be done, and gave us a great price on the repair. They were able to come out immediately and they did their job quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs AC repair service!
We have been using them for over a year and our air conditioner is working great. They came to fix our heater when we had a problem. I would recommend them to everyone.
My HVAC unit is failing. I wanted to update my HVAC system and I knew it was time for a new one, but what would I go with? Much of the same equipment? No. You really need to get out there and look for a reputable company that will give you all the options you need. I called many companies including these guys, but one call had me coming back to them. Their return call was only twenty minutes later! They came out that very afternoon and answered all my questions. We installed everything that day and they even showed me how to use my new thermostat set up! Both technicians were friendly and professional in every way. Thank you so much!!!
He dealt with me and all of my little guys quickly and patiently. After he was through, he made sure to explain how everything worked and to let us know what needed to be done. very professional and nice. If we ever need any work or maintenance done, I will most definitely choose to have them come out.
Jeff was on time, extremely professional, and knowledgeable. He serviced our HVAC system and adjusted where necessary. Good employees are hard to find these days but Tempo Heating and Cooling Service has a good one with Jeff. Good company to do business with.
Tempo Heating and Cooling Service TEAM was amazing! Our air conditioning went out and we woke up to a hot house. I called them and Nick was at the house within an hour and had my air conditioning up and running in 30 minutes. As a mom of two kids this was exceptional. He also charged a fair price and was very kind and considerate.
The technicians were very interested in our dryer duct situation. They were knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient. They worked very clean with no mess for us to take care of. They are great ambassadors for your company. We will be calling you when we need help with our heating and air conditioning equipment.
We had a horrible experience today with Tempo. We woke up to our furnace not turning on at all. My husband called and they said they'd have someone out between 9-12. At 11:45 I called because we hadn't heard anything. They told me we were on the schedule and that the technician would call me with an ETA. No one called. I called back around 2:30. She told me a manager would call me. At 3, the manager called me and said that they have no one available who was qualified for our job and they'd have to get an outside contractor to do it, which would take 2-3 days. She could not give me an answer as to why in the world they would have scheduled us in the first place. Obviously it's too late in the day to get anyone else to come out now. I'm pregnant and we have a small child at home. This is just unacceptable.
Our technician was awesome! He conducted maintenance on our system. We are new to this area and I truly appreciated the mini training session he provided regarding our unit and thermostat. He was not pushy about products, but very accommodating. His work was outstanding! Thanks Tempo Heating and Cooling Service!!
I had a great experience with these guys. This is the second furnace they have installed in my house. They have always provided excellent service to me. Their technicians were very pleasant, courteous, professional and friendly. They also answered our questions.I would definitely recommend them.
When making an appointment for maintenance they are always very responsive and able to work with my schedule. Technicians are knowledgeable, on time and in our experiences always able to diagnose issues we maybe having and getting us back in cooling conditions. I was without heat during the middle of a very cold snap. They had a Willis out in under am an hour to check on my furnace. They were all very polite and helpful. They answered all my questions and didn't leave until I understood my new heating system. I would definitely recommend this professional group to anyone!

I called to schedule a service call and was told they would come to my house the next day. I took off work for two hours waiting and nobody showed up or called. Complete waste of time with this contractor.
I recently hired Tempo Heating and Cooling Service for a tune up on my heating system and the crew was awesome. They showed up on time, explained what the whole process and cleaned up after they finished. They were very professional and would highly recommend them. Absolutely super!!
I was very pleased with the service I received. The two technician were very kind, professional, patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions. The install turned out really well and they cleaned up after themselves. I was also very pleased with the price. We were able to get an AC for less than anyone else quoted us and we didn't have to make any sacrifices to get a lower price.
Tempo Heating and Cooling Service guys came to do a check up to our Air Conditioner. They were very professional. They also gave us some background information on the Air Conditioning unit that we did not know and left the AC up and running. We are very pleased with their work and the company.
