We have used Flanagan’s for multiple home repairs and installations. They are always friendly and I feel so comfortable having them in my home to work. They provide an honest opinion and fair pricing. I would definitely recommend them as a contractor.
OMG this is a company you can depend on: time, quality work, experts, friendly, caring, price conscience; this company is genuine. We are at a time where people are less caring and concern. Omg this place was heaven sent. There’s not words I can explain how I feel it’s so grateful.They did other work for my mom was excellent. But today they came though for her helped her with her hot water heater. He said I can’t let you ( my mom )be in house with no hot water. They came within an hour. And the price perfect. Iam recommending them to everyone. Thank thank you!!

Had a Unico AC system replaced for a VERY reasonable price (Almost a thousand dollars less than other estimates). The workers were very knowledgeable, professional and friendl, not to mention they cleaned up after themselves, I did not see any dust and he still went around with a dustbuster just to make sure everything was spick and span) When an unexpected error came up with the thermostat they replaced it for free, they did not even make me ask! I was very impressed with their work, they were prepared to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Not to mention they said they would be here at 9 and them came at 9 right on the dot! That is something you can never overlook! Great job and thank you!
Talked to 5 different contractors for HVAC replacement. I'm glad I chose Flanagan Enterprises. I will recommend them to anyone looking and I will use them for all my future work.
Had a furnace and ac put in. They did excellent work and were by far the best price.
Installed my 90% HE Utica boiler. Bar none, best price and I shopped around extensively. The HVAC technicians were very nice and skilled and returned my home in the condition they found it. Mr. Flanagan Sr. and Jr. are very customer oriented. Also provided an estimate for ductless A/C and mini splits.
Have used Flanagan twice, once for a new HVAC system at home, and recently for plumbing work at a renovation project. Great people and great workmanship.
Flanagan is a good plumber. They even did the last work at my business Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation at 7527 Harford Rd without charging me. The plumbers are friendly and do quality work. I highly recommend.
