Repaired my AC system for a very reasonable price compared to other company quotes. When I called with the issue they responded the same day and took the time to fully troubleshoot the issue. The technician Danielle walked me through every step of the repair plan and fully explained the costs to come up with a plan that worked best for me. Repair team was great and on time. 10/10 recommend using Buric for any HVAC needs.
Repaired my AC for a very reasonable price. I had a coolant leak in my evaporator coils which caused it to ice up. Other HVAC companies in the area almost had me convinced I needed a full system replacement. Danielle from Buric encouraged me to run a diagnostic to identify the leak (at a much lower cost than other companies) and based on the results, recommended replacing just the leaking coils, along with a few other maintenance/upkeep tasks. Danielle is an excellent communicator and she did a great job explaining what was needed and why. The prices quoted were reasonable and the repairs were done on time and within budget. Buric HVAC has won my trust and I am happy to now have a service agreement with them. I highly recommend them. Trust in the moustache.
We built an In-Law apartment addition for out aging parents about 12 years ago, and we had Buric H&C install the HVAC system in the addition. I think we got their name from a Google search at the time, so we weren't sure what we were getting, but we soon found out that we lucked out with the best in the business! We had great service then and during follow-up service needs, and the system in the In-Law apartment is working great. Recently, the HVAC system in the main house was dying so we turned to Buric for advice. Danielle was excellent in patiently explaining and discussing system options and the pros and cons of each. Nick Buric is hands on too, and not just a name on the letterhead, as he also helped with product info. Once we made our choice, a great team came out to install the system. We are thrilled with the new system! I had some follow up questions and we got prompt, helpful service. This is an excellent company that carefully curates the products it offers, and they offer truly excellent customer service and fair pricing. I highly recommend them!
I chose Buric to do our regular maintenance and had a good experience so when it came time to replace our system I got a quote from them as well as three other companies. Buric's tech Danielle, who examined our system and gave the quote, was heads and tails above the other companies. Lots of companies are willing to just give a glance at your current equipment and move on sending you an email with the cost of drop in replacements. Danielle examined the condition of all parts of the HVAC system and gave helpful advice on what should and should not be replaced, and it's this thoroughness that gave me the confidence to choose Buric. The installers didn't disappoint with an on time, courteous, and clean installation. We're very happy with the new system.
I chose Buric based on two things … the great Google reviews and the glorious mustache of the man in their logo 😋. Seriously, Google reviews did not disappoint. The initial tech that came out, Danielle, was the most professional, courteous, and thorough service professional I’ve ever had (HVAC or anything else). Followed by a full crew of professional and courteous folks that installed my new system. They did a wonderful job installing at a very fair price. I know this because my brother is an HVAC Engineer and my brother in law has owned his own HVAC Company for many years in Harrisburg. Both saw the pictures of the install, the quote, the equipment and both said “looks like a nice install, very fair price”. Obviously I couldn’t be more pleased. I am glad that I chose them for current and future HVAC and IMO you should select them as well. You can thank me later. If only the man with the glorious mustache on the logo had shown up, I’dve given 6 stars! 😋

I highly recommend using Buric Heating. The technician Danielle was amazing! She was able to diagnose my problem within minutes of being there, she explained everything in detail (I know nothing about HVAC's but she was able to even make me understand), She fixed the problem and I couldn't be happier with their service.

Outstanding, efficient and professional service. Technicians were smart and well trained, diagnosing the problem immediately, MacGyver-ing a temporary solution until the proper parts could be acquired and fixing the issue promptly. Couldn't ask for a better experience. 1 year update - The excellent service continues. We've used Buric for a few years now to maintain our aging HVAC systems, and when the time came for a new one it was a no-brainer who we would buy from. Discussions of new models, functionality and receipt of quotes was thorough, and both Danielle and Nick Jr. answered any questions I had. The removal of the old, and installation of the new were seamless. The installation crew was very attentive to the construction of the system and did a thorough job. Prices were very reasonable and competitive for a new HVAC and new water heater. After years of bouncing between HVAC companies who gave expensive quotes for minor work, or companies who just did a shoddy job, it has been so refreshing to have found Buric Heating & Air. If you're not satisfied with your current HVAC service, why not give Buric a call?
I called for a heat pump that was drenched in water every time it ran. They worked around my schedule and I got a tech out when I was home. He was professional and respectful of my property. He quickly diagnosed a clogged condensate drain and a clogged drain pipe to the external of the building. He cleaned everything out, blasted her with some nitrogen, and got me back up in running in far less than an hour. Great company, great service, thanks again.

Buric replaced our high efficiency a/c system with an even higher efficiency heat pump. They were extremely capable and professional from the initial visit to the installation. They were also consistently pleasant to work with and reasonably priced. Overall, a rare combination of skill and ease.

I have been using Buric Heating and Air Conditioning for about 2 years. My AC had a leak somewhere in the past two years. The technician asked if we want to see adding sealant would fix the problem for a couple of years. He made clear that there was only a 50% chance that it might work. We tried that, and it lasted only two weeks, but fortunately, that were the last two weeks that we needed the AC for the year. Then we started to shop for a new AC system. Since our furnace was working, so we decided we would have the work done in Spring. We did quite a bit of research and call in 3 additional companies for estimates. At the end, we chose to go with Buric because their bid was very reasonable (not the cheapest, and definitely not the highest) and we have been working with them for two years. They also offered very good payment plans, though we didn't use them. Nick Jr. and Danielle were very patient and understanding in providing us with several rounds of estimates since we changed our minds a couple of times in terms of the scope of work we wanted to be done. The correspondence was always courteous, and they never try to upsell us anything. The service appointment was set on 3/1, and the team of technicians arrived promptly within the stated time window. They all wore PPE and shoe covers when they came inside the house. They were very efficient and finished replacing the whole system (AC and heating) in about 7 hours. They showed me what was done and how to use the new thermostat. All the work areas were cleaned very well (probably even better than before). The next day they send me a follow-up email to make sure everything was working fine. So far, the new furnace has been keeping us warm, and we are looking forward to trying out the AC unit in the summer. Thank you very much, team Buric! Highly recommended.
Everything was right about this appointment! The technician, Danielle and her co-technician showed up exactly on time. They were wearing masks and maintained a socially-acceptable distance from me. They were both extremely polite, and donned plastic booties before they entered my house. They were quick to diagnose the problem, and checked the manufacturer’s specifications and notes before finalizing their analysis. I’m an inquisitive guy, and they happily and thoroughly answered all of my questions. In addition, they left telling me that they were going to check to see if my unit was still under warranty, and would get back to me within a few days. I would definitely call Buric again whenever I need any type of HVAC service!
We haven't had great experiences with HVAC companies in the past. Danielle was a breathe of fresh air. She came in and assessed the problem and was able to quickly and correctly identify the problem and get it resolved. Will definitely be using Buric again.
