R & R HVAC Solutions are the absolute best! A couple of months ago the guys swapped out two zones of an old system replacing it with super efficient hybrid systems. Recently. I asked them to stop by so we could talk about options to increase air flow to some distant parts of the system. We went over all of the options and at the end of discussions it seemed that some fairly inexpensive DIY solutions were the way to go. All they asked in return was that I let them know how things worked out so that they may share the results or recommend the solution to others with similar needs. These guys are the absolute best!
We contacted R&R for a second opinion and estimate. They were able to come out within a few days to complete the repair and for more than half the cost of the other hvac company. Staff came right on time. They were both courteous and did a great repair job. They cleaned up the work site when they were finished. So glad I chose to look around for a better estimate. We now have an annual contract with them for routine service. Definitely a great company and team!

Great customer service and came the same week to replace 2 heat pumps and 2 propane furnaces at my house. They always answered the phone/all my questions, provided common sense solutions, and didn't try to upsell. Their maintenance plan is much more reasonable than other companies in the area too.
I can’t say enough about Brandon, Jesse and the entire team at R & R. They were thoroughly professional and did an outstanding job. We had a challenging HVAC situation that no other company wanted to tackle. All the others tried to sell us what was convenient for them. R & R said…”no problem!” We got the HVAC system that we wanted…and for significantly cheaper than what the others said couldn’t be done! We have future HVAC tasks planned and when the time comes, we will be only making one call!
Amazing service. They take the time to explain any questions and provide quality work. I installed an HVAC system with R&R a few years ago and the team has been very responsive any helpful with questions I had.
My system would not come back on. After checking everything I could I gave the installer a call. They were out to the house within hours and found a fuse blown. They luckily had one and installed it and system back on very quick. The two young men were very nice and professional. I am very pleased with today's experience with R&R.
Had a great experience with Jesse and Brandon in replacing my AC unit. They were very friendly and professional. When you're replacing something important like this in your home, you want to work with trustworthy people and that's exactly how I found them to be. Pricing was good, no pressure, answered all my questions thoroughly and I was making a decision, etc. I highly recommend them.
Technicians came out less than 24 hours of contacting them! Extremely professional and got us taken care of. Will be using their services in the future. Recommend!
Very knowledgeable & professional
The team at R&R HVAC was amazing! I wanted to replace an aging Furnace/AC unit and Brandon was able to provide me a great system at a great price and a quick turnaround on the installation time. They take great pride in their work and I would highly them.
I have used R&R over the past 4 years since buying my house for minor and (seemingly) major requests for help. They have always been super responsive and explain everything they find in non-HVAC pro terms so I can understand my system and what to keep an eye out for. They’re so friendly and very helpful. I don’t even bother contacting other companies when an HVAC issue comes up!
Brandon was quick to answer and assign Dominic to come check out the problem with my system. Dominic was at my house in less than an hour and quickly identified the problem. My thanks to them and the R&R HVAC Team for continuing to be the gold standard!
Out-dated air handler motor and module failed. R&R replaced the entire air handler, motor and 10 kw heater for not that much more than the motor replacement would have been from the original installers. A/C works great and it’s got a five-year warranty! Thanks!
The day before a heat wave a tech from another company informed me my compressor was bad on my heat pump. Since the system was 18 years old, it made no sense to repair it. So after doing a lot of research on heat pump systems and getting quotes, I decided to go with R&R for a new heat pump and inside air handler. The quote was fair and very detailed. I had it right away and the person I dealt with (Brandon) was very straightforward and professional. Once the quote was approved, I had a new complete system installed in less than 2 days. The crew showed me how to operate the new thermostat and how my new system worked. I am very happy and will use this company working on operating maintenance going forward. I highly recommend their work, products and professionalism. Added 7/1/22 - Once again these came through with great and responsive professional service. Worked on my system that was making a funny noise, and adjusted it so that the system was operating at peak efficiency. Not a big deal but it was driving my wife crazy. Problem was located and solved in 5 minutes. Very happy with this company and their work. If you need a responsive and professional tech that knows his business call these guys first!
