Txt'd w/ reminder day before and called when on his way. Arrived on time Introduced himself. Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Used shoe covers. Promised prompt F/U (too soon to tell) Overall, very impressed.
I highly recommend Bay Breeze for replacing your HVAC system. the sale person spent time explaining several aspects of how these systems work. She also spotted a concrete platform issue that none of the other companies bidding on the project saw or mentioned. The followup appointment was also thorough. I had Dave and Clarence for my installers. They were very nice, wore shoe booties in the house, and were very fast and efficient. They explained the new thermostat very well. They were seasoned and knew exactly what needed to be done. It only took 4 hours to do all the work. Request them for your installers. Working with this company was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them and look forward to having them do future work for me.
Well Justin from Bay Breeze Heating and Cooling was great. He arrived on schedule, completed a full check on our HV/AC unit. During his inspection, he saw a “critter” had passed away in the outside unit and he promptly handled that situation (lol). He flushed/cleared the line, tested our system and confirmed all was working perfectly before departing. All in 60 minutes, Justin Page provided excellent service and is our Hero!!! Call BBHC and you’ll be just as pleased!

Not sure what has happened, but the unit has stopped cooling. The technician said all was good with the unit.

Discovered AC stopped working late April when we had some early 80 degree days. Knowing both AC and heating systems were well past their use age, I'd been planning for a replacement of both since 2015. I had problems at that time finding a contractor that worked on my type unit - aquatherm. Bay Breeze came in with multiple options at an extremely reasonable cost and completion time frame. They used the cost of the service call towards the replacement and scheduled everything to be done within 3 weeks. All employees were super helpful, knowledgeable and honest taking time to answer all my questions without any runaround or surprise costs.
Justin has been our regular Tech for a couple of years now. He is always on time, polite and wears his shoe covers inside the house. Justin keeps us informed of any issues and helped us reset the thermostat. Justin does great work and great customer service.

Bay Breeze performed a flex duct replacement for us under an insurance claim, and then a complete HVAC/Heating replacement for us after that, bringing us to a modern 20 SEER Bosch heat pump system from a finicky oil furnace. The system has been fantastic, and we see minimal more electric use that we did just to run the blower fan on the oil furnace so far. The service for both jobs was equally so. We messed up and misunderstood what area needed to be cleared for the vent replacement, but they were professional about it and happy to work with us for the remainder of the process. What really stands out is their attention to detail and quality of work though. We have relatively low air-flow due to long flex ducts runs, and a bit of an undersized main trunk, but they installed the new flex with special focus to maximizing airflow and it made a huge difference.

The service, professionalism and quality from Bay Breeze was simply outstanding from the initial estimator to the office scheduler to the installation team. We had an old non-operational ductless heating and air system replaced with a new Mitsubishi model in an area where the supply lines were behind finished drywall with no easy access. The installer did a phenomenal job and came up with a solution that prevented any damage to the interior drywall and also resulted in the lines to the exterior unit blending in naturally with the existing siding. Great experience overall.
Kevin has maintained our HVAC system for years. He is trust worthy and committed to resolve our problems when they arrive. Baybreeze is a wonderful company to work with, and has knowledgeable and courteous employees.
Bay Breeze is simply amazing from start to finish. They are extremely friendly customer service that was able to squeeze us in same day to help resolve our issue. The technicians that was assigned to our job was knowledgeable and respectful and explained what was going on all the way through the process. Would not ask for a better company to do business with. Highly recommend them!
