The technician had us up and running in no time. He was very kind, professional, and neat. He left everything clean and the price was exactly what we were quoted over the phone. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.
We had a broken air conditioner and this was the company to call. They were able to get someone out right away and we didn't have to wait a week for them. The customer service was also great. The AC repairman was friendly, polite, and efficient.
I had a central air system that was giving me trouble. I called my warranty business, and they informed me that I still had a few days, so I simply happened to run into him while getting dinner. He was the best. I will unquestionably tell everyone I know about this business. Outstanding work that is respectful and reliable. He genuinely is a guy after God
Even though we already knew how to fix the problem (we had just had the AC unit serviced last year), he was able to figure it out. He could have made a fortune off of us, but he didn't even charge us for his time. We are very happy with the service!
This place is the best. I highly recommend it to anybody needing service. Our air conditioner is having intermittent problems. Stanley came out and determined we only needed a new filter, and didn't even charge us for the trip. So refreshing to have honest, friendly and reliable service!
Joe came on a Sunday morning and was very educated and explained everything that was going on with our system. With-in an hour our system was fixed and cool air was running through the house once again. Highly recommend Jade Heating and Air Conditioning company.
I had Joe out to my house today to look at my air conditioning unit. Nice guy, real thorough and knowledgeable. Got out here the same day I called. Didn’t try to push anything on me or make me feel dumb for not knowing all about my unit. Made sure to lay out all the options for me and ensure I understood everything. When it comes time to replace my aging unit, I definitely plan to call this company again!
I just called this company and they say they charge $300 for just to show up. I asked that other HVAC guys charges around $150 and he gave me a lecture and told me to go open my new company or start an union or work at Mcdonald. RUDEST People. STAY AWAY from this company
Myles took the time to explain everything to me. He made sure I understood what he was doing, even going as far as explaining why the issues were occurring by showing me inside the unit. I felt extremely confident with his expertise. He even gave me tons of advice for the future with the A/C. Many thanks!
We have used Jade Heating and Air Conditioning about 3 times. We have been very pleased with their service. They went above & beyond for me today. They are great at sending out texts to let you know that exact amour of the service, to advise you of the technician coming out out with a photo of the tech and they also text you when the technician is on the way.
Jade Heating and Air Conditioning is amazing! They installed some equipment last summer during some of the hottest days of the year. The crew showed up on time, worked all day and were professional every step of the way. The admin lady that scheduled the appointment was curtious and helpful. The entire experience was seamless! I would recommend Jade to anyone looking for exceptional work at a fair price!
DON’T DO IT!!!!!! I only gave them a one star because there are no other options, but please understand this company is horrible and a total rip off!!! My AC went out yesterday and after reading the reviews I contacted Jade Heating and Cooling to come out and repair. I spoke with Carinne and she explained their maintenance membership plan which I purchased for $149, she said to expect a call from the tech and that he would be out later that day and she didn’t ask any detailed questions about my AC unit. I waited ALL day, but when the contractor arrived around 6p and learned the ac unit is located on the roof, he said he didn’t have a ladder because they don’t go on top of roofs. Wait what???? But he asked me if I had a ladder I said yes and showed him what I had he then replied that it wasn’t tall enough. I explained that Corinne never inquired about the AC and that I really needed to get it repaired and that there was a Home Depot close by, he said he would contact his manager to see if he could get a ladder, but of course he left. I called him about 30 mins later and he proceeded to tell me that his manager said it’s the customers responsibility to provide a ladder. That’s like going to the hospital for surgery and the doctor saying it’s up to you to provide the scalpel. I called the office to request a refund and was told they’d pass the info along to Ryan the manager and have him call me back, but of course I haven’t heard from the manager nor have I received anything that resembles a refund. As consumers we’re beholden to these maintenance companies and often times they’re ran by people who have no integrity and who are just looking to get over. Do better!
These guys are great. Jade Heating and Air Conditioning is very considerate and patient with my elderly mother. They are honest and affordable. I have used them twice now and I am very happy with their service. They are simply the best among the rest!!

I can only highly recommend this company and its employees to anyone in need of AC, be it installation or maintenance. I have been a Jade Heating and Air Conditioning customer for 2 years. I even have their service plan on my 3 air conditioners. My technician is absolutely stellar. I have complete faith in his diagnostic ability. What's more, he actually takes the time to walk me through the issues when he discovers a problem. I couldn't be more satisfied with their responsive and integrity.
Outstanding in all regards. Our A/C went on the blink and the Jade Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman showed up on time. He promptly determined the problem and fixed it within minutes. Joseph did a fantastic job cleaning and inspecting my heater. He explained everything to me and was such a friendly technician. He even met my dog who liked him immediately. I highly recommend their services.
I have a service contract with xxx and they come to test the AC/heater every few months and change out the filter. Joseph is always professional, knows the equipment and services, and is on time. A pleasant service call experience that also freed up the rest of my afternoon!!
