Our HVAC system stopped working and Ackerman Heating & Air Conditioning came highly recommended from a trusted source as being knowledgeable, honest, and fair. Sarah was able to schedule a service call within 24 hours of my request, and Joe determined the problem and he and his colleague fixed in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. He also shared great tips on other professionals who could help with duct cleaning services. Ackerman is now our go-to for all HVAC needs! A+
Joe Ackerman and his team did an excellent job installing a heat pump and auxiliary gas furnace in our home. The system has a strong blower system and gets heated air to our rooms better than our old system. Joe and his team were kind and considerate through the entire installation. They even wore booties on their feet to keep the floors clean. Joe communicated very well so we knew when they were coming, what they were doing and how things were progressing. Joe was great. He came within 45 minutes and saved me on an almost 100 degree day. He also gave me great tips on how to conserve energy and save tons of money on my monthly bill.
New to area and didn't know who to call, was very pleased with Ackerman and the entire encounter. Called at 8:30am, issue was resolved by 11am. They managed to squeeze us in on the way to another job and were so diligent in making sure they trouble shooted all options rather than just assuming the obvious. The two gentleman took time in explaining each potential issue as they tested each area. Currently chilling in 70 degrees on an 100 degree weekend, us and our dogs thank you very much!

Joe Jr. and Scott installed a brand new heat pump at my house. I couldn't be any happier! Joe Jr. came out to quote the job and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. He's a great teacher and he took the time to help me understand every aspect of the system in my house. Joe Jr. and Scott also took the time to double check everything to make sure that the system was up and running perfectly. They also left my house and yard impeccably clean. Super happy I found Joe Jr., he's honest and incredibly knowledgeable. Already recommended him to my father-in-law!
Just want to share my experience with the company. Due to a very hot day with no ac the guys were able to come out as soon as possible. They checked the unit and cleaned the up stairs unit and outside unit. Also had to recharge the unit. With in an hour it was back up and running again. The guys were very honest in what the unit needed. They didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need done. They also gave me opinions on what I can do to better my unit to help push the cooler air through my house. I would and will recommend them to another person and thank them for the service they did.
I had a great experience with Ackerman Heating & Air Conditioning. I was referred to Ackerman by my real estate agent. I had Joe do some HVAC work at a residential property. He is a great communicator, hard working, and I felt like I could trust him and that he had my best interests in mind. His pricing was fair and his work was first rate.
Used Ackerman heating & air conditioning on many occasions- new system installation, inspections and maintenance and repairs. Joe is excellent. He is very knowledgeable. Doesn't give up until he has solved the problem. He installed new Goodman system and did a great job. Never had issues with the system. He has repaired and maintained our current HVACs. Would recommend w/o reservations.

Joe came out and was very professional and neat. Shoe covers on their with a drop cloth. They were on time and got my heat up and running within an hour. I'd recommend this company to anyone. On top of all that they have great pricing.
The BEST company for AC installs and repairs especially for old houses like mine. No other company could fix my problem of not getting enough cool air up stairs in the bedrooms for 14 years I has different companies try to fix the problem but Ackerman came in and within one day the problem was solved.
