Technician Danilo Argueta did an excellent job performing annual maintenance on two Air Conditioning systems and one Natural Gas Heating system. One AC unit was not performing well and he identified and resolved the problem. We greatly appreciated his thorough approach and his expertise. We highly reccomend Griffith Energy Services.

After several months of calls and emails (including photos) Griffith concluded that they will do nothing to fix the damage done to my new driveway when their driver drove off of it - in two places. Even though I called the day it occurred and offered photos and videos pleading with them over the course of months via calls and emails - Griffith decided to do absolutely nothing - no apology, no it wont happen again, simply "Griffith Energy Services, Inc. is unable to accept responsibility for the reported damages to your driveway." BE WARNED - even with photo and video evidence expect Griffith to do nothing when their staff fails to conduct themselves professionally.

This company is the worst. Beware. I canceled my account from this place because I switched to heat pump and because they charge a lot. I started my account in the summer and swithed to a budget plan in September and october i installed a heat pump. So I never actually recieved a service or anything. Somehow they keep sending me a bill for $400 and now it's $600 claiming pass due even though I no longer have an account and never actually got service or anything. If anyone else is having problems with this company, we should get together and file a class action suit against them. Feel free to respond to this so I can contact my lawyer and together we can eliminate this bad practice.

Not even close to doggone dependable. 13 days since I called for oil and still nothing, except for an emergency 10 gallons on day 10. Even though I’ve called almost every day since day 8 and they keep telling me they are coming that day (once they said first thing the next day) but nope, still haven’t gotten a full delivery. And it’s sooo cold out, we’re burning it quicker so this is not a good feeling. After about 6 yrs being a customer! Not the first time this has happened and not the only issue we’ve had. Unreliable company, don’t bother unless u want to be worry about being left in the cold with no heat.

Just found out that I've been consistently OVERCHARGED for heating oil by 50%!! Do NOT do business with these fraudsters. When I called them they immediately dropped their price by $2+ per gallon. I feel defrauded and sick, as I've been a customer for nearly 20 years. Think of the thousands of ill-gotten dollars they've taken from me.

Griffith Energy Services, Inc are great, they put me on a budget plan when I bout my house in West Virginia. I needed a new oil tank and they brought me one and put it in and they put that on the budget also. They automatically deliver oil and when I call them they are right there with oil. I bought a new AC from Griffith in a rental unit and they without my Knowledge signed me up for a service contract and for a year charged me for service. After speaking with a service rep several times to be removed, I continued to get billed. They came out and charged me 400.40 for replacing a 18 dollar capacitor on a 2 year old AC. I paid the bill over the phone and then get an addition bill. The rep cancelled it and here I am looking at another 90 dollar bill that just arrived. I told them please remove me from there system and instead of doing so, gave me a new account# with a bill attached. ALL MY NEIGHBORS SAY The same thing! It's like trying to drop a Amazon or Direct TV service. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!
