Ac quit working. Contacted Chris on a Sunday. Arrived 10 minutes early Monday. Diagnosed problem ordered parts and fixed. Very happy. Professional, prompt, and respectful. Would use and recommend anytime!
They were able to come out the next morning after I called. Quickly found and fixed the leak and recharged the system. They even checked the other unit while they were here. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Love this company and they have taken care of our heating and A/C needs for many many years. We finally needed a new HVAC system, and Chris and team did their usual wonderful job. So glad we have someone we can completely trust with our HVAC needs.
Chris was a huge help getting My air conditioning fixed fixed. Very responsive, honest, knowledgeable and ultimately saved me hundreds of dollars. Definitely recommend giving them a call to tune up our repair your system.
These guys are awesome!! My old AC froze up last night and when I called a couple of places this morning no one could be here until tomorrow morning and I have to work. I called W. Robertson and they had someone here in 45 minutes, they found the problem, fixed it and said they would be back if it froze up again!! Like I said, it's an old system. I will be calling them for all of my HVAC needs!!
I just made a services call to these guys at 10 am the receptionist said the guys were busy (it was a hot day) and they probably couldn't make it till Monday. About 1 pm Chris called and said they had a cancellation and could come by, They were there a short time later. Friendly, professional, and right to work. Had my unit humming and working perfectly in about an hour. I had a few questions about my system and he and Fred were very knowledgeable. Overall I am very happy with the price and the service. I would highly recommend these pros.
