A+++++ Super fast response and very reasonable. In this heat they could have charged premium price because I was in a bind. Explained exactly what was wrong, what part was needed, showed me the damaged part. HIGHLY recommend!
Just before the heatwave hit, the motor in our attic unit quit working. I called Grossie's A/C and spoke with Kevin. Although he was busy, he made time to come check out why our A/C was not working. He identified the issue quickly and left to find the part that was needed. Unfortunately, there was no part available so he ordered one. Took a few days to arrive but called when it was delivered and immediately came to install. What a life saver!! Super nice, polite and professional and I feel he was very honest with how much it would cost. Never calling another service company. Grossie's A/C & Heating is the best in and around Lafayette.
Called around 8, and left a message. By 9:00 they were at my house, fixing my AC. Super professional, wonderful people. Will use again, and would absolutely recommend.

The Grossies are the kindest and knowledgable men. Father and Son make a great team. Our AC has stopped working several times on weekends , the Grossies came to our rescue. We had a new AC put in a few months ago , the price was the lowest than any other AC company. The Grossies have serviced us for over 15 years. I can leave a key and not worry .
