Always explains the service needed and why they need to be done.
Man, These guys and girls never stop amazing me with their knowledge and expertise. My man Chris has come out to my house three or four times in the past and it fixed the issues that come up and also service my unit. He is a top notch guy, very knowledgeable, and very trusting individual. Thanks again.

I called Comfort Control to my gym because my cooler wasn’t working and I walked into a puddle of water in front of it. They were there in less than 90 minutes and had me good to go in less than 45!

In the summer of 2020 on a weekend, our AC went out and I remembered seeing Control Comfort’s advertisement on the front of Go Pages. We called them and they responded within a couple of hours and had our AC repaired quickly. Another AC issue occurred this year and again they responded quickly same day and had us back up and running. I signed up for their annual service plan and they came back out to clean and inspect my units. This team has been great and I will only use Comfort Control for our home and business. Special thanks to Chris our technician the last two visits. Very professional and respectful!
My AC unit was having trouble keeping up with the desired temp. Called Comfort Control and spoke with Mrs Amber. She was very nice and let me know they would be out that day to troubleshoot the problem. I appreciated that Mrs Amber called me to let me know when the technician was on his way, as well as receiving a text right before she called. The technician was professional, and communicated to me through the whole process of the repair. All and all was a great experience and at the end of the day was able to sleep in the cool air condition.
Byron came out and maintenance our HVAC system. He was very thorough and informative. He was very polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling Comfort Control and asking for Byron for any HVAC service we’ll need in the future.

My husband and I are extremely happy with our new cooling and heating system. Todd brings knowledge and a very competent team to do the job. All of the guys were respectful and helpful answering our questions as we thought of them. I even asked to go in the attic to see the final “product” and the new filter since we were changing to a two stage system. If you are in the market for quality service and products call Comfort Control.
I called on a Tuesday evening after getting home a noticing water dripping from my AC into my hallway. They dispatched a technician out immediately. ( I was expecting to have to wait until atleast the next day) Greg showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me what I thought was a fair price. He made repairs in a timely fashion and was thorough even at 7-8:00 PM. Most people would have done the minimum and gone home at that hour. He explained what incantations do to prevent such things from happening again. Would definately recommend this company and Greg to anyone I know. Thanks again!

I was having a couple of issues with my home AC system including sweating vents and ductwork and one bedroom in the house being significantly warmer than the rest of the house. I had worked with two other AC companies on the issue (was even on a maintenance contract with one of them) and neither could solve the problems. One company wanted to replace all of the ductwork in the attic and add a new air intake, the other company wanted to reinsulate the entire attic or change the AC unit out. Both companies provided me with bids that were between six and twelve thousand dollars. At the recommendation of a friend, I called Comfort Control for a third opinion. CC came out, inspected everything and found that my air handler in the attic had been wired incorrectly from day one. They fixed the issue, reinsulated some of my ductwork, and re-ran a better routed ductwork line to the bedroom that was not cooling properly. They fixed what the other two companies could not - and did it for a third of the price of my next cheapest option. I wont use anyone but Comfort Control in the future. An A+ company that really understands how things work and what to do to fix things. Can't recommend them enough.
