Very impressed with the windows installed by the installation team (Josh and his co-worker). Cleanup was great! Masks were worn and they practiced social distance. They were also very courteous, and answered all questions. Thank you

The worse place to invest in ac unit. They canceled on us 4 times when our ac unit went out. We have called numerous of times and they don't know why or who canceled the service. We finally had a technician come out, he demanded that we have a latter for him to get into our attic. He claimed our attic one was not safe. Which I have been up on several time's. He refused to fix our ac. What happened to this company? I wouldn't have even given the one star.

Terrible customer service! First of all, the only appointments you can get with them are scheduled with a window of 8-5 so you have to take the entire day off of work just to have them come out which is ridiculous. I should have realized then that I should choose a local AC company for this maintenance call and not Sears with a customer service call center to have to go through. I have a 1 year old Rheem system, top of the line. The AC app that connects with my phone notified me that it was time for a maintenance call because they recommend maintenance once a year. I scheduled with Sears and they came out and did the cleaning. Cost $129. Obviously my 1 year old system had no issues going into this maintenance call, it was just time for a cleaning and I did that. By 3pm the same day I started getting an alarm going off on my phone that the float switch has tripped. This means that the drain line is clogged. This prevented by unit from cooling the air. So now I am in a hot house and I called Sears customer service to send their tech back out to fix their error. Well, the customer service people speak english as a second language and it took quite a lot of explaining what happened for them to understand. They tried to schedule me for a future date with again another service window of 8-5 and charge me $69 to diagnosis the issue!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor and he was even more rude then the first person, he explained that they did not cause my unit to malfunction and I was going to have to pay the service call to diagnosis the issue. I told him that is unacceptable, it is a one year old unit that was not malfunctioning prior to this cleaning and 3 hours after their maintenance it malfunctioned. I also find it unacceptable that they couldn't immediately send someone out to fix their error. I am going to stop payment on this credit card transaction and then maybe someone who speaks english will call me back to resolve and can understand what horrible service they

The sales team were amazing. Extremely informative and patient, but the installation crew was very disappointing. I was so excited to get my new windows but deflated when I was told it would take 2 trips to do it in. I feel the personal problems of the installers is not my problem and it should have been handled better. Also who goes to houses to install Windows knowing your going to be in and out of people's homes everyday and be petrified of dogs?? Totally inconvient to lock up and have to walk my dogs for 2 days all day because he was afraid of them. Get an office job or a job where your not going to strangers homes with a very good possibility of seeing dogs.

I thought that I was making a good decision after the salesman had convinced me to purchase an over $8,000.00 central air conditioning unit from sears. As i'm sitting here writing this my condenser is not working and 79 degrees in the house. I just had this unit installed August 3, 2016 and the installers placed the unit where I cannot open my shedders. I call them about the problem several times and they either said they were coming back and they would call me back. I would be very happy if Sears would never use PARKERS HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING ever again. This is my worst experience after spending so money and and a company like that does Sears no good. Today is August 26 and the condenser has stopped working. How long will I be without cool air.
