My husband scheduled an appointment to have to have them service our A/C unit and no one showed up. They could have called to let us know that they could not have made it or to reschedule. That was very unprofessional and would not recommend or reschedule with you all again.

Andrew was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He repaired our AC, installed bathroom fans and installed a new toilet. Everything was completed on the day promised and in a shorter time period than expected. We will use Andrew and Superior Services again!

Saved me from a fire hazard. I had been hearing my breaker panel making a buzzing noise for some time and put it off. Make sure you don't do that yourself. Im lucky I didn't have a fire from my warped/melted breakers. There was 3-4 total damaged breakers when I only thought I had one bad one. Took for my dryer to stop working to acknowledge the problem....

This is a great company to do business with. We had a A/C problem and a relative recommend them. They had a tech to our house fast in less then a day. He was able to find the leak in our system very quickly. After finding the problem he gave me a quote on repair but also discussed the issues with fixing a 17 year old R-22 system. Over the next couple of days I had the owner of the company work with me on a new replacement system. He was great to work with and spent a lot of time working with me on my new system. I had 6 companies quote my replacement system and decided to go with Superior Services due to them being able to provide the RUUD 20 SEER variable heat pump system that works with my home automation system. Once we decided on the system they were able to schedule installation within days. The techs that did the install were great. They took care to cover my floors and walls, and did a great job of clean up. They had the install completed in under 9 hours and the new system works great.

I recently finished building a new construction house and hired Superior Services to install all of the electrical wiring and the AC heat pump and compressors. Herman and his crew did an outstanding job and I'm so happy with the work that was completed. They were easy to work with and if I had any concerns Herman would call or meet me at the house to answer my questions. Everyone from the office staff to the workers were professional and efficient. The owner even followed up with me to make sure everything was running like it should. We have used superior service more than once and it's always a good experience.

I hired superior to work on some electrical i needed done on my home and they came and knocked it out Quickly and job was great. They also changed a faucet fast and cheaper then anyone else I called. I highly recommend.
Superior has serviced my ac unit, air ducts/ vents, and other plumbing needs multiple times. Im always impressed with Herman's ability to fix the issue with concern for my budget in mind. He is honest, dependable and trustworthy. I always recommend Superior on the north and south shore.

Terrible customer service. Had a "tuneup" done during which I don't think they did anything. Had a unit fail a couple of months after the "tuneup" and not only do they not answer the phone after hours, they don't even have voicemail. When I did reach someone, they acted like I was crazy for even calling. A tech from another company pointed out numerous issues with the system and low refrigerant, which Superior was supposed to have checked. Highly NOT recommended.
Techs were here on time. Had a backed up drain under the house, they got right on it. Took a couple hours, got it done. Professional and a fair price. Thank you Superior....
Great service, great admin staff, reasonable pricing, and was first to reply when we needed our busted pipes in the recent freeze.
