Steins is the only company I let service my AC. I even bypass my home warranty company and call them directly. They always get to me quickly (usually same day, even accommodating my work schedule), identify the issue, and repair it. The gentleman that work there are courteous, and never try to scam me with unnecessary repairs. I am always confident I'm getting high quality work at a low price. As long as they are in business, I'll be a lifelong customer.
Mr. Stein is the best there is. My air conditioner went out..i had 2 other companies come out that claimed that i needed a new compressor. Mr Stein not only fixed the air conditioning unit..he came out several more times to adjust other small issues. His prices are very reasonable. I will not call anyone else from now on.
Joe Stein has bent over backwards to help us with our air condition problems. Highly recommend!

Me. Stein gave us prompt service at an excellent price. He thoroughly inspected our system, which we had previously been told would need a full replacement. He didn’t push us into any unnecessary parts or services; only what was truly needed. I’m so glad we called him. Would recommend to anyone.
My AC went out Sunday night. I called Joe Monday morning. He acknowledged that he was pretty much booked but would do his best to make it out to my house. As always, true to his word, he called and said he could be at my house at a certain time and he was. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. As usual, his price was fair and his service was top-notch.
